True Comfort Heating & AC

Phil, the guy who owns and operates True Comfort, is someone I trust. He is honest and responsive. What a combination in your contractor! I called Phil so many times before getting my high efficiency system installed. He took my call most every time. He returns messages. He provides detailed answers to technical questions. He *knows* the equipment he installs. He knows the rebates & tax credits for Energy Star Rated equipment. You should have True Comfort bid your next appliance purchase and installation. Recommended!

I had True Comfort out 2 times in August to fix my AC. They charged me $235 on August 3 to repair my AC. 2 weeks later, it wasn't working again. They came and "fixed" it on August 19 and charged me an additional $408. I just turned it on again last week, and it still doesn't work (this is only 8 months later and the system has been off for months). I called the company on 4/15 to let them know my AC was not fixed and the person who answered said he was on vacation and would call me back on 4/17. The call never came. On 4/18, I had someone else come out to do the repair and he was able to fix my problem pretty quickly. I paid over $600 to True Comfort Heating & AC and my AC was never fixed properly.

True Comfort is always available on call to help keep our home comfortable during the cold and warm seasons. Phil, Bryan and Steve are each friendly, reliable, and do a fantastic job. Highly recommended!

Truly a great experience with an extremely knowledgeable and personable staff. They helped bring my older unit back to life when I was sure it was done. When I was ready to upgrade they worked with me and gave me a great solution that not only fit my budget but cut my monthly expenses in half. Great experience and I highly recommend them.
