The service was excellent. The initial call which was for a tune-up turned out to be a needed repair. The technicians initial call Joe and the repair Sherry and Lee were excellent. The office staff diligently found the part that was needed for our unit and raced to get it to be repaired. Job well done much appreciated . Thanks again. Would highly recommend this service.

The 2 gentlemen were on time, very professional and thorough in there work. Above all they were honest with me telling me my system was fine and in good shape and didn’t try selling me on unnecessary things. Very nice, and personable, highly recommended!

Repair tech arrived and got right to work, checked over my boiler and explained what the issue was - it just required clearing a bubble in the line and was good as new. He walked me through what caused the issue and was super helpful in answering my questions. He also pointed out a potential issue with my water heater's expansion tank, which I really appreciated! We had about 3 different systems installed by them, not sure exactly which. Something with heating, water treatment and ac. When they started the heat they took a digital thermostat that we paid for and installed an older one that was not useful to us (we use our phones to adjust Temps from different locations) for months it was left that way. When they finally returned to finish the install they gave us a new digital one however still not the one we paid for. The heat was not working, we had them go out and see what was going on and each time we were given different excuses. They said the garage door was left open. It was not we have cameras that show the garage. They said the vents were closed. They were not, I myself opened them. Then the thermostat blew out ( I told them it was the thermostat from the very beginning) and at this point they tried to charge us around $375 close to $400 for having to go out and fix their mistake. Customer service was rude and basically called us stupid. We got our $375 back after a full month of going back and forth with them.

Edit: again, full of excuses because the filter was literally just changed. We went from being told the filter was old to then being told we didn't install it right when we proved that the filter was in fact just changed.
