Recently got an annual tune-up/inspection for my A/C. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the tech that came in. Thoroughly cleaned/inspect the system and recommend and explained all the stuff that needs to be done. Will be giving them a call again in a couple of months for duct cleaning and air purifier/uv light installation after the reno on my basement is done.

This is our 2nd time using Pro Energy Solutions! I love their professionalism, friendliness and explaining so you can understand what the problem is and the solution. They do not charge an arm and a leg for their service. They Are The Best!!

They have no sense of time management and came on a day of their own choosing. They installed a pipe for us which they charged me a extra 1,500 for by saying the system isn’t going to work if this is not installed and after telling me it would be done through the house they hung it outside the house causing me more issues with my HOA now and future issues when it stops working.

I’ll begin this by stating that if you have a choice I would not recommend you utilize this business. Save yourself the headache.
Calls are not returned.
Services are somehow forgotten.
Parts that are “ordered” apparently don’t get Ordered.
When you do get in touch with a representative you will be met with generic responses if they will leave a memo and get back to you.
Satisfaction Guaranteed is NOT the way they operate.
If you go through the Home Depot ; request they utilize a different company. I can’t stress this enough.

A one rating is high I give Pro Energy Solutions a ZERO. It was the absolute worst experience starting with Christopher Scerbo, David the electrician and John the owner who never called me back after I called several times to report how unprofessional David was and how Christoper didn’t put certain important things that was discussed in my contract. After spending over $12,000 on a new unit and a broken microwave at the hands of David who caused a shortage and blew out the microwave had the nerve to say it was the wiring in my house wanted to charge me for his services but deduct the cost of a new microwave but he NEVER finished the job. I WILL NEVER USE Pro Energy Solutions again or refer them to ANYONE. They are the absolute WORST experience, customer service and company!!!

On time, checked pressures, cleaned the coils. Friendly and competent. This was a preseason checkup on a unit ProEnergy installed 3 years ago(another excellent project)

Technicians were knowledgeable, quick, and on time when my condenser stopped working. Highly recommend.

Frank from the company was so nice and professional. He did a great job hanging two ceiling fans and was very meticulous in the job. Thanks for everything!

I spoke with Billy at 8am, at 9:30 Anthony and Lee were here to install a new water heater. They were wonderful! They were courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and were respectful of me and my home. An added bonus is that their price was couple of hundred dollars less than other plumbing companies. I would certainly use them again and would not hesitate at all to recommend them.

100% a scam company.

Took 10,000 of my money for a mini-split system, lied to me about delivery dates being in 1-2 weeks and now the product is on back order for who knows when. No one can help, managers never call back. I have called at least 9 times.

They basically stole from me.
