I called on a Monday and they came out on a Tuesday. They even arrived 10 minutes early! They explained my AC system’s age to me, told me which filter to buy and how to install it, told me about the life of my system and were gone within 15 minutes. They were awesome.

Still evaluating proposals. But Pro Energy’s Account Manager was very helpful, diligent and timely. He went above and beyond the expected sales pitch and estimating process. Their proposal is also very comprehensive and compelling. Highly satisfied and recommend engaging then through Home Depot.

Annual A/C maintenance. Elias was very professional and also fixed a small gas leak issue!

Our experience with Pro Energy Solutions has been amazing. We were connected to this company through homedepot. They have gone out of thier way to make sure every was exactly what we were looking for. Scheduling and rescheduling the estimate was super fast and easy. Vince was awesome and took the time to really explain everything. He was very prompt with the estimate after the consult. Within the week we were signing contracts. He was on top of everything and was even able to get us on the schedule for the following Monday. The 2 guys that came to do the install, I unfortunately didn't catch thier names but they were awesome. Both were super friendly and courteous. What they were able to accomplish in the amount of time they were here, in the summer heat and in our very tiny crawspace of an attic, is truely nothing short of incredible. It's only been a few hours since install of our new heater, air conditioner and thermostat but so far we could not be happier. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be sending thier contact info to friends and family.
