I will not even give a one star to this company but it won't let me post my review unless I click a star.. They are horrible. This company subcontract with Lowes and after they do the work, they could care less about you. When you call them for a question, they will tell you to call Lowes, we called Lowes transferred to appliances department and was on hold for half an hour and when finally someone picked up the phone, they don't have an answer to us. The manager won't even talk to you. Between this company and Lowes, have second thought on using them. Too bad, I'm in sales and could have referred a lot of customers to them.

Installed dishwasher. The appointment was convenient and timely. Chris arrived on time installation very smooth and explained everything well. Very happy with experience

Chris came soon after he texted me. He put in my new faucet in very little time and showed much expertise. He cleaned up everything afterwards too. I rate him 5 stars.

They installed a failing hot water heater with one I purchased from Lowe’s. Excellent service. Fast , efficient and thorough. Will use them again!

Yikes. They installed our gas line in the wrong location & when we called to have that fixed, they never called back. Then we found our shower valve was installed improperly and we had to call another plumber to fix it. When I called Mastropiero a second time regarding the shower valve as a courtesy to just let them know that work was installed improperly and I didn’t expect a refund or anything but just wanted to let them know, the woman on the other line (Michaels mother I believe) refused to believe he made a mistake and suggested I take it up with the state. I simply wanted to let her know a mistake was made, we’ve fixed it & expect nothing from them but she made it very defensive and negative. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them or use them again.

Called back right away...and installed a water heater and furnace within three days. Guys were professional, knowledgeable and polite. Will definitely use again!
