My experience was outstanding from start to finish . The professionalism started at the door and ended at the door . I can not begin to truly say how happy I am with this company. They installed my dishwasher and I must tell you that if I ever need them for anything else I WILL be calling them because of my experience today.

Ken Tindal was excellent from the moment he came in through the garage - wearing his mask correctly. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Ken worked extremely carefully and quickly, making sure everything was neat and that nothing could get damaged. He provided all the information, as well as making sure the microwave that he installed was working properly. He tested everything and set the clock. Every COVID recommendation was followed, which was extremely important to me. Ken arrived on time - which was also great. He gets a 100% satisfaction from me! In regard to the microwave installation I am giving 5 stars.

Very efficient in installing our new dishwasher, and knew what he was doing and hooked it up in no time. Very friendly and knowledgeable and even gave me a demonstration of how the item worked. Would use again!

Mastropiero plumbing did a great job replacing my heater and A/C. They were very professional. Tony took the time to answer my questions and explained everything thing to me as they did the install. Pricing was also very reasonable.

I had problem with leak from the AC I call them they were very helpful problem fixed in short time. Good price too . I will use them again and again for sure .

5 star rating for Mastropiero plumbing! I can't say enough about this company. Highly recommend them. I own a Day Spa in Red Bank, NJ , it's an old Victorian home over 100 years old. We had no heat for 1 week, had to close my business. Contacted a local plumber in the area who could not fix the problem.
Then contacted "Mastropiero Plumbing". They were very reliable and took the time to listen to my needs. Mike Mastropiero fixed the furnace with 2 hours, my entire heating system has never been better! I have owned the home for 4 years now and the heating system was always an issue. Since Mike Mastropiero fixed the system my entire home is heated downstairs , waiting room and upstairs, treatment rooms evenly throughout the house. They are excellent!

I would highly recommend this company. I needed a water heater replaced in my home. Everyone from the operator that took my call to the technicians that came out were extremely professional, and were able to answer any questions that I asked. The workmen that came to the house will wearing protective gear which in these times when with dealing with the covid-19 virus was very important to me. And the house was left in Tip-Top shape
