Anthony and Michael were amazing. I was connected to the company through my home warranty. The were fast, responsive, kept us up to date every step of the way. We had to have the unit replaced, from diagnosis to replacement and getting us back up and running with hot water was less than 24 hours. My family will absolutely work with them again and we have already referred friends to them. You are in excellent hands with MASTROPIERO PLUMBING & HEATING CORP!

Had previously called another company and had been waiting for 5 days. When they delayed again, called Mastropiero this morning. They were here on time, same day, and quickly explained repair process and then completed job within an hour. Steve George was technician - a fine young man, personable and competent. Mastropiero is now in my book of preferred service companies!

This is a great company. They send you a picture of the technician who will be doing the service. I’ve never had a company do that in the 26 years I’ve lived in my home. It’s always a plus when you speak with customer service and they are so welcoming and pleasant. Needless to say, Sebastian the technician, was equally as pleasant! During the heat wave upstairs ac unit stopped working. This was on a Sunday and per the website they have 24 service called and left several messages and never recd a call back. Note it's close to 100 degrees outside and 90 degrees on my upstairs thermostat. On Monday I gaf to call again as I never got a call . That beings said once I connected they were able to set up an appointment on the same day. Steven was on time and great. He got the unit running but needs additional servicing so it's not running at peak efficiency but it's running.i expected everything to be done on the service call
