Excellent work performed, great customer service.

We ordered a new dishwasher from Lowes and purchased the installation option. Lowe's arranged the installation with Mastropiero Plumbing - who I had not been familiar with prior to this installation.
The service technician Chris arrived earlier than our original appointment (they called and texted us to notify us first).
Chris was very professional and courteous and I have to say, he did an EXCELLENT job with the installation.
He went above and beyond, and did a flawless job.

Based on my experience - I would HIGHLY recommend Mastropiero Plumbing and Heating and I will absolutely reach out to them for any future plumbing projects.

Janice provides excellent service to fit me into their busy schedule so that my dishwasher could be installed by the weekend. I appreciated her quick response to meet our needs. I would use this company again the next time that I need a plumber. Rick the installer was amazing, professional & considerate. Mastropiero is fortunate to have Rick as an employee.

Tech Steven George was both courteous and professional. Answered all questions. Would rate him a 5, excellent.

Chris was extremely professional, polite, neat and worked quickly. I have used Mastropiero plumbing and heating in the past and have been very happy with the work performed. It was a pleasure meeting Chris and I’m hoping that he will return when I have bathroom work done in the upcoming weeks.

Janice was very delightful to deal with on the phone. Steven came out to install two toilets. We could not have asked for a nicer, more professional person to come to our home. When he removed one toilet he found a huge root issue. He literally pulled out what looked like a 3 inch diameter log along with other roots. He very well could have just installed the new toilet and we would have had issues down the road, but he took time to do what was right. The other toilet was not on a level surface. Instead of simply replacing the old one he first leveled the floor. These professional touches mean a lot. He could have just removed the old toilets and put in the new ones and we most likely would have been none the wiser. THANK YOU STEVEN for being a REAL professional. And thank you Mastropiero for employing men like Steven!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Obviously they care about their customers and take pride in their services!

Had a gas line extended about 3 feet to connect to new stove. Giuseppe was on time, neat and very professional. Great job!

As awesome as Giuseppe was, Mastropiero Plumbing's customer service was incredible. Called to schedule quote - friendly and courteous. Received a text with Giusseppe's name, picture, ETA and GPS coordinates so I could track him real-time. After received quote, I received a text 2 minutes after he left the house looking asking how I would rate his service. Same process after work scheduled and completed.

I often deal with Fortune 500 companies where I work and even their customer service isn't always as professional and friendly as Mastropiero Plumbing. Keep up the great work!

Mike and Andrew were excellent and thorough. I especially appreciated them taking the time to explain the pipe issue and the steps taken to rectify, with pictures.

I have been using Mastropiero Plumbing and Heating for the past 7 years. They are professional, courteous and above all...honest!
They have completed numerous jobs for me from simple toilet repair, hose bib replacement, installing a water heater, installing a pool heater or A/C repair. You can't go wrong with Mastropiero. Some people complain that they are expensive, but I say you get what you pay for. Never had a problem and never had a complaint.
If you want it done right, call Mastropiero!

Horrible experience!!! These people don't even deserve a single star! Terrible!!! They were contracted by Lowe's to install a water heater which I bought last January 2021. These people would not want to pick up the unit unless I called Lowe's to have their manager open up the box to verify if the unit was good. Yes, you read that right, they are instructing their customers to do their job! They keep stalling. When Lowe's finally confirmed that the unit was good, they suddenly decide they do not want to pick up the unit and instead have Lowe's deliver it before doing the job which means more delays! These people don't care about their customers. All they care about is what's convenient to them. Consider yourself warned!
