I had a new hot water heater installed today and I was so impressed with the young man, James, who is a mechanic or a technician for Vaughan. He was here right on time, first appointment of the morning, told me exactly what he was going to do, laid down tarps, etc., no nonsense… answered every question I had with a smile. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. James can come back anytime when I need my heater serviced!!

The team who came today Matt and Kevin ( I think) were amazing. The were on time professional clean and installed my AC in no time. Additionally they took the time to explain my new system both care and how to use. Finally, they also showed me an issue to watch in related to the install which might be a future plumbing issue. 123 W Browning

Jarrid the serviceman came to my home after we experienced a poor prior installation. We had a horrific smell from the recently installed water heater. He diagnosed and repaired the leak. He then repaired a wonky exhaust gas pipe and installed the grommets at the ends of the pipes to seal out bugs and weather. He basically re installed the water heater. Jarrid worked steady and methodically. He explained the steps he was taking to remedy our problems. I highly recommend that you ask for him by name when requesting service. I hired Vaughan for their HVAC services (review is forthcoming), but also needed a plumber to install a new kitchen sink requiring a reconfiguration of pipes, dishwasher and garbage disposal hookups, and a faucet installation. Jarrid not only did a great job with the complete install, but noticed a small leak at the shut-off valve, which he promptly replaced with a new, improved valve in a better location; and he secured the pipes to the joists in the basement, and answered a lot of questions, and offered advice and service options for future plumbing jobs that we will be reviewing. Vaughan provided excellent service at a reasonable price, and I would highly recommend them for plumbing services and expertise.

Josh and Tyler were extremely professional and polit after the installation the work area was cleaned and they went over all concerns that I had. I would highly recommend vaughan comfort to friends and family. Thanks again for the great work

Vaughan staff. was very professional in coming out to determine if the old water heater could be saved. When it was determined not to go the repair route and install a new heater, Mike came out when they said and had everything installed in a little over 3 hours. We now have hot water again. I would highly recommend them.

He works very quietly and efficient. Does the job and explained everything he did . I’m telling you the staff and techs at this company are friendly and extremely efficient. You will be pleased . This has been a wonderful experience dealing with Vaughn for my central air and furnace replacement.
They were great from the sale right through to installation. The price was very fair and the sales rep was very helpful in finding the correct equipment for my situation
