Recently had oil heat converted to gas. Entire team worked with me to get the job done in a timely manner. James, Matt, and Jeff were very professional. They kept me well informed and answered all of my questions along the way. Would definitely recommend Vaughan to friends.

I loved everything from when I made the phone call for an estimate until installation which was about three weeks total. We have a park model at a local campground in New Jersey, and our AC unit had died. We went with Vaughan, as we had them do work at our primary home as well. They’ve been in business for 85 years, and family owned businesses are just the best! The installers, Josh and Tyler, arrived right on time and did everything necessary to keep my new rugs clean prior to installation. They took me around explain to me what they were going to be doing and made sure I was happy with the placement of everything outside prior to them starting the job. The electricians arrived right on time as well and we’re very professional. I was originally told it could take up to about eight hours to install, and it literally took about six. The system we got which was a Mitsubishi dual unit and is absolutely the best ever! I don’t even hear it running, the finished product outside looks amazing! I just couldn’t be happier.

My old HVAC system was spewing red dust throughout our home. Mike and James from Vaughan replaced several rusted out ducts and the AC coil. They did this work in a very confined space over several days which required creative thinking to fit in the space. Throughout, they were patient and explained what they were doing. At the end they cleaned up what had been a real mess. Great job!

Vaughan had the best reviews online when I needed HVAC replacement. Very professional, they are on time and return messages. James and Tim did a great job removing the old equipment and installing the new. Very neat and clean job in somewhat of a tight space. Highly recommended!
