Mark and his entire team which I feel like I saw most of in two days were amazing! Mark came out to give us a quote to replace our condenser, ac and furnace and I had the quote just a few hours later. Once confirmed mark ordered everything and got us on the schedule for the following week. In that time our hot water heater decided it was feeling left out and wanted to join the replacement party the night before the team was due to arrive to start our service. Mark got me a quote on the Memorial Day holiday and his team was able to get a new hot water heater for us the same morning they were due to start our service and installed it during the same install days. In fact they did the hot water heater first so it did not leak anymore water into the basement! As much as I look forward to working with this team in the future, I hope it’s a long time! I give marks entire team an A+ and recommend them to everyone!

Mark's team was professional, knowledgeable, and does quality work. Our house was renovated in 2019, before we bought it. The more time passes, the more we realize how shotty the renovation work was. Our Central AC had been leaking, and not draining properly. It finally crapped out in the middle of August. Aside from some minor scheduling issues (which we understand, considering how busy the construction and services market has been swamped this year) the two technicians who came to our house did a fantastic job replacing the coil in our unit. They even stayed 25 minutes after the unit started up to make sure the temperature dropped below 80 degrees. We are so glad that they did, because the unit shut off automatically due to the pump malfunctioning. They ran to the store, picked up a new pump, installed it (including a new line to carry the water out of the house from the pump) and then waited for the temperature to drop. When the unit was still not turning on, they checked the thermostat and had to snip some bad wires that were sending incorrect signals to the thermostat. And viola, we had AC again! They must have stayed until 8:30pm to make sure we had air for that night. They went above and beyond to make sure they fixed our unit. We will be having them replace our gas hot water heater next, and will be using them for any issues we have down the line as well. Highly, highly recommend them!

I cannot speak highly enough about Mark and his team. Where do I start with the level of care, knowledge, and professionalism that was provided? First, it was the middle of a heatwave and our old system from 2002 gave out. I'm sure I was crabby and on the verge of tears trying to sort it out. Mark and his team were able to get out here that day to take a look and start work the next day. They stayed until the air conditioner was running no matter how long it took, made sure the parts were up to his standards (driving long distances to obtain them!) and kept us updated and informed every step of the way. His team was polite, helpful, willing to answer every question I had no matter how many times I interrupted them to ask and even found and resolved issues I had absolutely no idea about. When they were finished they showed me everything I needed to know to care for my new systems and got everything back into place.

The work looks and is amazing. The pricing was reasonable especially for the amount of work that went into getting it done, and I will definitely be remembering them for any work I need in the future and any recommendations I have.
