I’ve had great experiences using Vaughn Comfort Services. They installed my heating/cooling a few years ago, and I continue to use them for maintenance needs.
I recently needed a plumber to replace a couple shut-off valves in my bathrooms, and they were able to change them for me.
I was very impressed and pleased with how quickly they were able to come out and address the issue.
My technician /plumber, Andrew G, was GREAT! He was confident, knowledgeable, professional, pleasant. He also completed an assessment, and explained what needed to be done before doing it.

Our first introduction to Vaughan was their sales rep, Tony, who could not have been more informative or responsive in answering all of our questions, and otherwise explaining every aspect of what was a fairly large and somewhat complex job installing a hyper heat pump system in our 120 year-old home. Next, we met the crew led by Mike and they were professional in every way, respectful of us and our property, working quietly, quickly and efficiently to get a large job done in a matter of days. Finally, we worked with Lynn in the office to handle the final invoice balance and PSE&G loan paperwork, and she also could not have been more helpful or friendly. From start to finish, each and every Vaughan employee was a pleasure to work with. Whatever job you may need them for, I honestly think you can't go wrong using Vaughan Comfort Services.

We researched several companies before choosing Vaughan who came highly recommended. From our salesperson Jeff to the 2 main technicians James and Marcus, everything was done timely and very professionally. This was a big job that required a full week of work. The men arrived on time each day, put drop cloths down to protect my floors and finished in the timeframe that was promised. Very satisfied with the technicians and quality of work that was completed. I highly recommend!

We called Vaughan on a hot Sunday because our AC stopped working. Andy told us he'd be at our house in 45-60 minutes and was here in 30! He was nice and professional. Found the problem and fixed it quickly and we were cooling off before we knew it! Pricing was also reasonable especially on a Sunday call!

We used Vaughan Comfort Services when converting from oil to gas and they have been extremely easy to deal with from start to finish. We first met Jim who came to evaluate our needs. He took the time to listen to our concerns and reviewed several options. The proposals we received were realistic, reasonable and addressed all our concerns. We were guided through the process step by step and just had our installation completed today. The installation took 2 days and Josh and Tyler were professional and efficient throughout. We were left with no unanswered questions & are very happy customers who would highly recommend!

Marcus, Tim and Dave installed a new Furnace and AC system, humidifier and thermostat. They were extremely polite and professional. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. They kept the house clean and answered my questions as the work was being performed. They arrived at the promised time and completed the job on schedule. Follow up after job completion was also quick and effective.

Andrew was very knowledgeable, professional and explained everything perfectly. We found that prices for the service and the plan are reasonable compared to what we paid in previous years through PSE&G. Will definitely be making Vaughn our new go-to for all of our heating, a/c, and plumbing needs.

I also want to mention how nice and helpful Patty was when I called to schedule the appointment.
