James and Tim went above and beyond. They installed a High efficiency, Heater, air-conditioning unit and water heater in 2 days. A 3 day job. They're worked non stop to get us up and running. Professional ,and knowledgeable Technicians. This was a major job and trusted them the whole way.

The main water valve to our home broke unexpectedly. I called Vaughn and spoke to Jeff who really took care of us. The plumber showed up at our home in 20 min and did a professional replacement of the valve in no time. I've been a satisfied customer of Vaughn for 5 years. They've replaced our heating and central air units at the best prices for quality equipment in the area. I highly recommend them for excellent service and pricing.

James and Matt did a great job installing our new furnace, ac unit, and hot water heater. Their explanations were clear and concise. Their work was professional and clean. They found creative solutions for unique challenges posed by our house. They were on time and worked late to get our system up one night earlier. Tony was the salesman who helped walk through each part of the process before the installation, and I found him knowledgeable, kind, and honest. I highly recommend this team!
