The install guys James and Tim that installed our new HVAC system and hot water heater did a great job! They were very professional and you could tell they took pride in their work. They walked me through everything after installation and the installation was clean. It was nice dealing with a company that is responsive from our first call to their office through the final installation process!

Everyone at Vaughn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable walking me through the process of a big job replacing our entire hvac units including our water heater. Tony from the start explained everything to me and answered my many questions. Even when I had more questions he was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. James and Joe also did an outstanding job when installing. They were neat and courteous. Even after a long couple of days, when the job was completed they still took the time to explain everything to me regarding my new systems. I would highly recommend Vaughn.
