Our whole experience with Vaughn was great from the initial salesman to the installation. Tony Pelligrino was quick to come and see what we needed and give us a quote. James and Matthew were very professional and patient with all of our questions. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why they needed to be done a certain way, which we appreciated. It was done in a way we could understand. They were very thorough and also cleaned up when they done.

James and Jeff were extremely professional in the installation of our HVAC system. They made sure that the setup was to code, correcting some old issues and even rerouted venting for the hot water heater to give the whole setup a nice clean compact & tidy look. They answered all our questions and checked with any types of changes they might had to make to have the installation work. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
