I had a new heater put in in December and new central air placed in May. From sales team to installers all were polite and professional. Systems are fantastic. I want to thank Tony in sales and Tyler, Matt, and Tim In installation/service for all they did for me. Great job!

Spring service of HVAC. Anthony did a great job! Service with a Smile! Polite, kind and very helpful and informative on the type of filter I should use for the system. Also, showed me how to change the batteries and change settings on thermostat.

I am very happy with Vaughan Comfort Services. I detected a leak at my hose bib on the weekend and they were able to get a plumber out right away. Jarrid was very professional, courteous, and knowledge. He did an excellent job and made sure the work area was clean afterwards. Today Josh and Tyler from Vaughan Comfort Services finished installing my new Airconditioning unit. They were amazing from start to finish. Not only were they friendly and professional, but they were incredibly knowledgeable, explaining things to me so I could understand. From the minute they walked in my house, they put down plastic on the steps and tarps on my carpet to keep them from getting dirty. They were neat and organized and worked very efficiently. They installed new thermostats that connect to wifi and they were very patient with me when we were trying to connect the the thermostats to the app on my Iphone. They didn’t leave until they made sure everything was in working order and that the app on my phone was able to turn the air on and off. I would highly recommend Vaughan Comfort Services. They exceeded my expectations. And I need to give a shout out to Jim, who came to give me my estimate and to Lynn, who scheduled my installation and handled all the paper work. It was a delightful experience. Thank you so much for providing such incredible customer service.

This company provides excellent service! We called on Monday morning to report a problem with our heater. The technician was at our house by 11am. He was thorough in his diagnosis and determined we needed a new heater . By 5 pm that afternoon one their consultants was at our house to take measurements etc. The next morning they called us with estimates and by Wednesday afternoon we had a working heater again. Every person we came in contact was courteous, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend this company!
