James and Tim saved the day! It was 46° inside my house when they arrived and now it's 70°! They busted their butts for 2 days installing a brand new HVAC system in my home. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Shout out to Vaughan Comfort Services for thawing me out! Thank you!!

James and Tim did a great job. They replaced my oil heater and air conditioner with an electric heat pump system, removed the exterior oil tank, installed a new thermostat, and installed an exhaust fan in our guest bathroom. They explained how the system works, answered all of my questions about it and its warranty, and cleaned up after themselves when they finished. I’m very happy with the work that they did.

We had our HVAC units replaced by James and Tim from the installation department at Vaughn and my husband and I were beyond happy with these two guys. They were professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, respectful and took pride in their work. They were super clean and meticulous in cleaning up after each day here. James and Tim provided us with friendly and thorough service removing our oil furnace/oil tank and installing a high efficiency gas furnace. The process went smoothly and on the timeline they had presented. Highly recommended – will use them again.

I have only great things to say about this company. As a relatively new homeowner, I had no idea what went into replacing an HVAC system. Our AC broke during a heatwave, and after 3 other quotes we went with Vaughan as they offered the best package. What I didn't expect (and absolutely loved) was that they gave us 2 AC units to help keep us comfortable until our appointment. Josh and Tyler were great. They answered all of my questions and made the whole process super easy. An added bonus was they made friends with my dog (which is great so that I didn't have to crate her during the day). After installation, we had a few questions about our system and Vaughan made sure to send someone right away to address our questions. This company was great and I will make sure to refer them!

I was thoroughly impressed with James and Tim's professionalism and knowledge of the job. I appreciated how they explained everything to me explicitly and just overall good customer service. I will always use Vaughan Comfort services for any future needs and I suggest anyone who needs plumbing or air conditioning services to use Vaughan Comfort services just on Tim and James actions alone.

A few months ago my wife and I were researching a mini-split system and called Vaughan. They came out provided the necessary information for us to make a decision. We schedule an install and our Team James and Matt were on time and organized. I introduced myself shown them the area where the system was going to be installed inside and out since the electrical work was already accomplished two weeks prior. Matt a younger person very quiet but a great worker carrying out the directions from his Lead James. James went right to work on our system and Matt was right beside. Both communicated the needs of the job and everything worked well. We had questions and concerns and both James and Matt full-filled our request and left the work site very clean. Both make a great Team.

Vaughan Comfort Service did a great job installing my HVAC system as well as a new water heater. They completed the job ahead of schedule. My installers James and Tim were very professional and friendly, they layer drop cloths down we’re they were entering the house, and cleaned up perfectly. Highly recommend this company.
