Walter and Bryan replaced our HVAC system, and they are an epic duo! They were professional and very friendly, and they took great pride in doing excellent work. They kept me informed throughout the install process about the work they were doing, and even through 90+ degree heat they were upbeat and a joy to have around. I appreciate their attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail, and they're simply a fun couple of guys to be around. I'm so glad we used East Coast for our needs, and I would eagerly recommend them to anyone else needing work done.

Corey came to my home to give me a quote. He answered all my questions and gave me 3 separate quotes for 3 different options I asked for. Each one took him less than 12 hours to put together, unlike like a local competitor that took 3 weeks and was not even close to what we had discussed. Scott came to install the unit with 2 trainees who were so respectful and eager to learn the craft. Scott pointed out many different things that will help me keep proper maintenance on my home in the future and I greatly appreciate his team! East Coast was surely a breath of fresh air! Wow! So thrilled to finally have our new HVAC system installed! There were some supply chain issues that were beyond anyone's control but once the parts were in, a speedy install was scheduled. The crew showed on time, was exceedingly polite and thoughtful, and very professional. They got right to work and no one was slacking. They all knew their job. Mess and disruption was kept to a minimum and they cleaned up after themselves. It was truly a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend their work and would hire them again in a heartbeat!
