The technicians, Keenan & Bryan, came to our home when they said they would and promptly started to work. They both were knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and neat! They explained and answered what and why they were doing to get our mini-split system installed and running. Everything looks great and we are very pleased with how the install turned out.

I highly recommend East Coast HVAC for all your heating needs. I started out using them for boiler maintenance. This year we decided to add HyperHeat Mini Split ductless (Heat and AC) along with a Heat Pump water tank and the process was great from the quoting, financing to delivery and installation! Corey from service came out and accessed our house and came up with a winning design of 7 mini splits to do 3 floors and 3500 SQFT! Our install team Mike, Brody and their in-house electrician Matt and some others did a awesome, professional and friendly job! They were very neat and we could not be happier with this upgrade given the 100 degree days our whole house stays the temp we set it to with ease! The heat pump water tank is like having AC and a dehumidifier in our basement (we stopped use of the dehumidifier we had). Colin from the retrofit team and everyone in the office is friendly and great to deal with!

Walt & Bryan did a fantastic job installing our new 6 unit Mitsubishi AC/Heat Pump system. They’re very professional, neat, courteous and thoroughly explained how to operate the new equipment. Matt & Ian were equally great on the electrical upgrade the system required. Today is our first day running the units and they’re putting out efficient heat virtually silently. My wife and I are very impressed with East Coast and look forward to continuing to work with them for all our HVAC needs.

We had a brand new boiler and hot water heater installed and are elated with the results! I cannot say enough incredible things about Walter and his team! He was an absolute joy and such a kind and thoughtful subject matter expert. He did a tremendous job and went above and beyond in ensuring the installation was as smooth as possible for us. He truly was a dream and I'm so grateful for his expertise. From the first visit with Josh to get an estimate, to working with Colin on financing, to the actual 3-day installation with Walter & crew-- the whole process was clear and smooth. We have used East coast for several years for annual maintenance of 3 systems. We are always satisfied but especially this most recent visit. Our service person, Mathieu was exceptional! He went well above and beyond a basic maintenance, doing a very very thorough cleaning of all parts of our units. He was punctual, professional, neat and courteous. I highly recommend him and his company.

We really enjoyed working with East Coast, from home consultation to design an appropriate system, to installation, and follow-up. Josh on the home consultation team took the time to discuss our needs and preferences, then worked to propose a system that met them. Walter and Brian on the install team were fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. Both took time to answer questions, clarify system functionality, and they did great work installing the system. They took great care to keep their impact on the house low and cleaned up well once they finished. Walter returned to follow-up on a few questions and add a piece to finalize everything. Super easy to work with and a pleasure.

We had 4 heat pump units installed, with two condensers.

East Coast and their Install Team did a professional job installing and testing our multi-split heat pump system. A week of mild weather so far and we are very happy with the results. Bryan Carroll and Walter House were very thorough, taking time to do the job right reflects well on them and the company. The electricians and installers had the system up, tested, and running paying attention to the details. I can't thank them enough!

Just had annual service on our air conditioner by East Coast. The technician (Colby) was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all our questions and did an excellent job servicing our unit. Customer service was outstanding. We highly recommend East Coast for your HVAC needs.

Outstanding service. Ashton is very knowledgeable, thorough, polite and friendly tech. He no only serviced the equipment but taught me how to best maintain the system in good condition. Couldn't have asked for a better person to come out and do the maintenance work for me. Thank you!
