I have dealt with five people in this company, and everyone of them has been polite, helpful and has bent over backward to be accommodating. Today they kept an appointment in the snowstorm, did a great job on the work I had for them, and cleaned up after themselves. Tonight, for the first time in nearly 40 years our main bedroom is not an icebox. Thank you, East Coast!

Corey and everyone at EastCoast were such a joy to work with! They were nice, professional and fixed the issue quickly (even cleaned up the tinniest pieces of dirt from their shoes off our welcome mat!) I would recommend them over and over again!

I am a subcontractor which East Coast HVAC utilizes in certain job situations. As an owner of the company I work in the field as well as communicate with the team members of East Coast in the Office. Working with many different companies I tend to see the operations side of these companies as well, and I could not be happier with our experience with this team. From a detailed job description to keeping up with paying invoices this company is a no brainer in my eyes to use as a contractor or subcontractor.

Outstanding service. Technician showed up within 2 hours of the original trouble call. Very knowledgeable and very personable. Completed the repair service within a very reasonable time and made suggestions to prevent another call. I will definitely be using this company from now on.

Justin came to my lake house for the estimate about 4 weeks ago and East Coast pricing was very competitive. I ordered the ductless system that was suggested and 4 weeks later it was installed and operating flawlessly. Both installers, Walter House and Ian Macdonald were very respectful of the outside of the property as well as the interior. Quality workmanship all around.

Phenomenal from start to finish. The office team was clear and prompt in their communication. The installation team was very kind, professional, hard working, and timely. East Coast is running their business like a well oiled machine.

was leaking. I called EastCoast HVAC for help. They scheduled a technician to come to check it out. Trevor was very professional and polite. He evaluated the situation and quickly solved our issue. He was very knowledgeable and I would feel very comfortable with him solving any issues we might have in the future.
