Affordable Oil

Courteous, reliable, competitive pricing and more. I was using another local company when they first started out which I was thrilled with. Then, as it happens more often than not once they were bigger I was an afterthought. I’ve used bigger companies but didn’t feel valued or that hometown feel (recognized/valued). I’ve been using this company for several or more years and not interested in changing even if that other company has lower prices. A few pennies or dollars wouldn’t be worth it. Give them a try and see for yourself.

These folks are simply the absolute best. They’ve come through for me time and again. Peggy, who answers the phones and manages is simply amazing. And the drivers I’ve had have been equally amazing. Very kind and friendly people, and always come through for me!

We have been doing business with this company for many years. They are extremely responsive and very prompt to solve any issues. For example, we called on Friday for oil, and got our delivery today (Monday). They always ask if it an emergency for faster delivery (it was not an emergency). The delivery person has always left the receipt between the screen door and the door jamb, but today he did not (perhaps a new one?)...so I called to let them know I did not receive a receipt. Spoke to the nice lady there who said she would look into it for me. She called me back within 10 minutes to let me know the receipt was put in my mailbox. That is what I call good all around customer service. I highly recommend this company!

I usually only need to fill my tank once per season. My previous oil company mandated I should be on auto delivery, so I fired them. I switched to Affordable a few years ago and they have been awesome! I call them when I wish to fill the tank, and they come fill it....simple! No BS, no forced auto fill, no contract requirements. This is how an oil company should be.

I screwed up and forgot to check the oil level in my tank for a few weeks. When the light bulb went on in my brain to check it, it was nearly empty. I immediately called my oil company (Rymes) and was told the earliest delivery would be in 7-8 days!! Yes - they knew the emergency situation I was in. I started calling around to all the different oil companies and none of them would help me out, that is until I called Affordable Oil. Next Day delivery - just like that. I think I've found a new oil company!

The woman in the office is amazing. All I have to do is give a call and I have oil the next day. The prices are the lowest around. I absolutely recommend affordable oil

I live 0.6 miles away from there base of operations.on the same road could throw a rock and hit there roof from ware i live.. I call today 11-21-18 for emergency oil because we ran out in middle of the night lastnight .They tell me the earliest they could get to me was Monday. 5 days really ....already seen there truck drive by ...Thats customer support at its finest..

What a horrible experience , I was driving in Somersworth and Going 22 mph in a 25 mph zone and the driver wanted to cross the road and with his hose to fill someones heating oil. This driver could see my handicapped license plate and I was in a handicapped accessible van and he yells drive that F**cking thing. Drive that F**cking thing . I was on my way to Bernier funeral home to attend a funeral for a young woman that had died days earlier. I called and left a message to have the manager call me. I never received a call. Nice company . I won’t be spending my money with him.
