Michael the owner is 100% tops in my book of contractors. He is conscientious and is totally service oriented. We own and manage numerous properties in the seacoast area and Michael has installed and serviced many systems for us through the years. When you have an issue the man is there to take care of it be it late at night or on a holiday. Yesterday while at a home inspection we had a issue with the hot water not turning on for the inspector I called Mike and he was in the area and was taking care of our needs in less than 10 minutes. L&M is not the biggest but in my world they are the best.
