Proactive Heating & Cooling is by far the best home service business I have ever worked with. Travis is very responsive and has an incredibly fast turnaround time from the moment I reach out. He is fair and provides great advice. He makes being a first time home owner feel manageable! Plus, he's friendly and my dogs love him. I would recommend him to anyone who will listen!

Travis has been cleaning and maintaining our furnace for about two years and I could not recommend him highly enough. This year we've been having some issues off and on with our furnace and Travis has come out the same day, multiple days in the row and was sensitive to our wallet while explaining what was happening in layman's terms.
