Overall great experience. The quotation was professionally provided with clear information and an easy walkthrough. This was followed by an outstanding install. The installers were polite, extremely clean and professional. They did great with my dog, walked me through all of the elements of the install and the instructions for use.

Matt came out and did an excellent job getting my multi split system ready for summer. Nice job!

Zachary was our technician again and he did our maintenance on our heating system and the on demand water heater. Zach is always respectful, knowledgeable, thoughtful and very thorough! All around great guy!

East Coast HVAC Dover, New Hampshire, sent a great technician, Mathieu Bergeron, to check our Mitsubishi split air conditioning/heat unit that was acting up. Mathieu quickly diagnosed the problem - the unit seriously needed cleaning ! Matheiu was able to clean that unit plus another one right away. He did an excellent job. We were able to get him back to clean two more units. They are all running fantastic now. Mathieu was professional and an excellent technician. Thank you ! A Dean

Repaired our dehumidifier for our home and then showed us how to use our heating cooling thermostats to automatically go from electric to propane. Very impressed with the ease Correy did this.

I could not be happier with a company than I am with East Coast. I am extremely sensitive to heat and today is supposed to be over 90. Corey was here, on time, professional, and got the central air working in a short time. It is an old system and yet he was able to get it going and the house is so nice and cool now. When I spoke to Mellisa in the office, she was so pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC servicing or repair. I will be a lifelong customer.
