The service from East Coast Heating & AC was great. The two employees were courteous and professional. They called prior to arrival to alert me, and arrived well within the allotted time frame. They performed the task efficiently and professionally, answered my questions and provided me with their recommendations in a pleasant manner. My only recommendation would be to please wear protective foot coverings as I had to vacuum up some mud from their boots (Hence 4 stars instead of 5). This is a minor issue, but is certainly modifiable. I will use them again.

Honest service with good communication. Our service tech Ashton was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and shared very relevant information about our system. Highly recommended East Coast for all HVAC needs!

My heat stopped working after an electrical problem. They came out and diagnosed the problem, replaced the dead component, and got my heat back up and running. They were nice, professional, and knew what they were doing. I am very happy with how things turned out and would recommend them to others.

Unfortunately for me I had an intermittent problem so East Coast had to come back to my home a few times. I cannot say enough about this company! Every single person I dealt with was nothing less than awesome. Trevor is an awesome person, technician, gentleman, and he had come with two different apprentices and the apprentices were awesome. My recommendation is, without a second thought, you cannot go wrong with calling East Coast heating and air conditioning!

Took advantage of a pre-pay promotion price and so glad I did. Ben called ahead to confirm their arrival time, was very professional, friendly, and communicative. In addition to the standard annual maintenance, they found several issues from previous service and corrected what could be done on the spot. Wrote up an estimate for a more time consuming recommendation, explained its purpose but no pressure. Highly recommend East Coast and am so happy to have found a reliable maintenance company.

After a miscommunication btwn dispatch & technician led to an appointment much more challenging than anticipated, Mathieu B (the tech) was candid, professional and dedicated to finding a way to make it work. Our minisplit AC was getting it's annual service, and upon arrival he quickly realized the unit was a good twenty feet high on our wall. The project required an extended ladder and was a two person job. While it sounded like we'd need to reschedule, he worked on the outdoor condensor while a second tech was located to come on the same day to ensure the work could get done and not reschedule. All in all they spent about 4 hours at our home, got to the high unit, took it apart, cleaned it thouroughly (sharing before/after photos) and made sure to do a detailed cleanup after the fact to make sure the surrounding space all looked as good as arrival. Mathieu also assured that detailed notes were added to our account so that next summer they came prerpared with two people for the job. Thank you EC HVAC!

East Coast installed ductless mini splits in our home. We had an excellent experience with the company throughout the process from quote to installation. All questions were answered thoroughly and promptly. The comfort advisor was helpful and creative when it came to recommending mini split placement in our cape. The installation crew were enthusiastic, professional, careful, and efficient. We were so impressed with the company that we made an appointment for boiler service. The technician was on time, efficient, and clean. We are very happy with East Coast!

Our experience exceeded expectations, from the estimate and quote process, to installation. Installation techs were extremely professional, neat and friendly. The main office personnel, from the reception, to technical experts, to the financial folks were all super helpful as well. I wanted to specifically call out some extraordinary assistance I received concerning a rebate I qualified for through the NHSaves program. The process didn't work as expected, but EastCoast went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I received my rebate. I can't thank them enough!
