I had East Coast out to figure out why one of my wall heat/air splitters was not working, they discovered that there is a slow leak, added coolant and I will need to have it repaired at a later date. The two techs. Corey (and I cannot remember the other techs. name) were both professional, knowledgeable and informative. Got the work done and I will have them back for the repair. East Coast was efficient from scheduling to service. I would highly recommend them.

The technician that came was very professional. Got everything done in a very reasonable amount of time. I think he was here maybe a half hour he did leave a voltage meter here so if you want to stop by and pick it up tomorrow that be fine it right now it’s down in the seller. Thank you very much. The East Coast installers were absolutely wonderful . Bryan Carroll and Walter House were very professional, courteous and excellent at making sure everything was completed and checked . They were on time, moved furniture and returned everything perfectly before leaving the job site. They also went the extra mile of putting down floor protection and even vacuumed! The electrician Matt Loomer did an out outstanding job of creatively placing the electrical lines making it attractive and efficient. Matt also took the time to clean up and reposition all items as he completed the job. Needless to say, I am very happy with the installation of the Mitsubishi heat pump system in my home and would recommend this company to anyone.

There have been many outside contractors that have come through the doors of the business I work for, but I have never have experienced such a respectful group of people. Carl Trytek and his team exceeded our expectations during the complicated change of our heating and cooling system. We hardly knew they were here and they worked well around our business needs, especially since the business I work for is an animal hospital. Carl kept us informed every step of the way from beginning to end and that was refreshing. I highly recommend this company.

We had our Mitsubishi ceiling cassette system installed a couple of weeks ago. It's up and running and we love it. The system itself wasn't straightforward and the installers and techs busted their butts to basically retrofit what we wanted into a house that's almost entirely off-level. I was super impressed that the estimator Josh spoke to both me and my husband directly, even when I mentioned that my husband is an electrician - Josh kept his attention equally on us both during the entire explanation of our install. Keenan and Avery were nonstop, and when there was a small glitch, Aaron came out and fixed the issue in minutes. Their price came in right around another local installer with good reviews. I totally recommend their services.

Every aspect of our interaction with East Coast Heating and AC was a pleasure from the no-pressure free assessment and proposal to scheduling and payment to the install. The price was right, the install team went above and beyond in every way. When there was one little thing that needed tweaking after the job was done they were back over here in 45 minutes and the issue was resolved within the hour. Truly stellar, highly recommended.

East Coast installed Mitsubishi Electric Ductless HVAC in our home about two years ago. The system is fantastic. Our house is an odd 1970s construction, meaning that installation wasn't easy. But they nailed the installation. It was done professionally, cleanly, and promptly.

After about a year, a part of the coolant line failed due to defective manufacturing. The East Coast team was here until they identified and solved the problem. Always kind, polite, knowledgeable, and persistent - they got to the bottom of the issue and replaced the defective part.

They are clearly very serious about customer service - making sure their customers are happy. We highly recommend them.

Earlier we had installed a furnace after the flood at the beach also by East coast heating and cooling . They came to our rescue immediately 2days before new years so that we were warm & comfortable for the winter. Again that team was was equally all of the above-mentioned.
