My previous guy retired and I decided to try East Coast HVAC. Great decision! Mathieu did a really thorough job going over and cleaning my 15+ year old a/c system. He was very informative about what he had done and the condition that it is in. He listened to my concerns and addressed them all. I would highly recommend and will look forward to seeing East Coast back in the fall to clean my oil burner. Thank you!

East Coast HVAC is an excellent company to have in your corner to handle your mechanical system needs. Whether it's standard maintenance, system upgrading or emergency services, they can do it all. Walter H and Bryan C were great to work with. You couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, respectful and courteous team. They even let my dog and cats inspect/bother them from time to time.
I'll continue to have East Coast HVAC handle all of our maintenance and repairs as I have for the past 6 years.

I have been using Eastcoast for a few years now from AC and mini split installation, heating system upgrade and now for service. They have been incredible to work with, all their employees have been outstanding, their work has been on time and as clean as it gets. Highly recommend them!

We just had East Coast install our new AC/Supplemental Heat system in our older home, and cannot be more thankful and impressed with the process. Josh was great during the quoting/proposal process; explained all the options, the differences and recommended the best solution based on our homes layout. A true ductless mini-split system would’ve been a lot for our split tri-level home. The best solution (though a little more expensive) was two mini air handlers in the attic crawl spaces, that has duct work supplying AC and supplemental heat through supply vents in the ceiling. The install crew of Scott, Tanner, Brian, Brody and Mike were extremely professional, clean, explained the daily work to be done (7 day install) and above all, super kind to our dog Fozzie! They treated him like part of the crew; best four legged helper they could ask for! Extremely happy with the product they supply, quality installation they provide and amazing customer service throughout the entire process! Well worth the investment and looking forward to a cool summer!

My experience with East Coast Heating & Air Conditioning has been outstanding!

It started with Josh Davis, a comfort consultant, coming to my house about one year ago and listening to my thoughts about my air conditioning needs. He was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He presented me with several options. As I did more research, I emailed questions to Josh, and he responded very quickly. Eventually, I decided that I wanted an HVAC cooling and heating system. Josh visited my house again and gave me revised options, one of which I chose. Josh also informed me about a program that Eversource and the National Energy Improvement Fund offer which could help me finance part of the cost of the system. That piece of information was very helpful to me.

I requested proposals from two other companies and each of them sent someone to my house but neither of them paid attention to my needs, answered my questions, and provided as much detail in the options they offered as well as Josh did.
The installation started several weeks after I signed a contract with East Coast. The project was completed two days ahead of the five-day timetable the company told me to expect.
Scott Shirling and his team were very professional and efficient. At the beginning of each day, Scott informed me of the things that he and his team were going to do. Before he left at the end of the day, he told me of the progress that they had made and the time the next morning when we could expect them to show up.

They were very careful and meticulous in keeping my house clean. They made sure that the areas inside the house where they were doing the work were protected from mud and dirt. They cleaned up at the end of each day.

On the third day of installation, one of Scott’s teammates could not make it to work, and another teammate left early. Although it took him a little longer than he expected, he still completed the project that day. Before he left, he made sure that I was knowledgeable about the system and how to operate it. He even marked the relevant page in the operation manual of the most advanced indoor unit to make sure I could look up information quickly if I needed to do so.

Scott was very knowledgeable, personable, pleasant, and respectful. The members of his team were the same. We did not feel they were intruding or disturbing us during the entire time they worked at our house.

I am very happy with the appearance, location, and operation of the seven indoor units and two outdoor condenser units they installed.

With my experience with Josh and Scott and his team, I feel that East Coast is a company that values me as a customer. I anticipate having a good working relationship with them for years to come.

I used East Coast for their electrical services, and Matt and Ian were great! They were super easy to work with and were able to get through our list of electrical updates quickly which included installing a couple new outlets and a new light fixture. Their prices are reasonable and I'll definitely use them again.

What an incredible experience. I'm so happy I found a company that no only services my split system but took the time to explain what was being done along the way. Trevor is an incredible tech. Thank you...I'm a customer for life!

Colby the technician was excellent. Answered all my questions and explained fully the issues with our AC systems that were found during the PM visit.

Update: Fall is here and we turned on the heat mode for first time. We have radiant heat flooring, so before installing the mini-split it took a hour+ to warm up our living space. 30 minutes of the mini split running in heat mode the room was 72F (from 69).... exceeds expectations.

East Coast Heating came out within 2 hours of my call for no hot water. Ben did a fantastic job troubleshooting our system. He explained exactly what the issue was. I would highly recommend East Coast Heating.
