    East Coast was super responsive to booking a time during their busy season. First appt was cancelled due to technician illness, but we had a new date on the schedule within an hour of the cancellation. The company texted us when technician was on their way within our time window, and even sent a photo so we know who was arriving!

    Ashton was personable, kind, and efficient. Answered questions we had about possible repairs or upgrades. Pricing was fair, especially for the attention to detail. Will definitely use them again!

    Trevor was excellent! He knew exactly what was causing our furnace problem. He was able to leave and purchase a pump and return to replace it in a timely manner. He answered all our questions and concerns. Trevor was patient and professional! Thank you, Trevor!

    The Lead on the project was Keenan and he and his team did a great job We had a 3 head minisplit 30k System installed that had heads on head in the basement, and 2 other on opposite sides of the house. Very happy with their care, commitment, and the information they provided throughout the process.

    Wonderful job by Ashton! It was a pleasure to have him in our home today. He checked the furnace out and then promptly got to work. We chatted with him for a few minutes before he left. Very impressed with his professionalism and attitude.

    Corey and his trainee were the most professional, knowledgeable and great dog lovers!!! I was stressed having a furnace not working on my 22nd anniversary owning my home. I had 3 dogs barking having fits because they wanted to say hello. These two young men were AWESOME!!!!! Fast, kept me informed as to what they were doing and at the end of it all gave a nice scratch to my crazy, big boy, Romeo. It means a lot to have a home repair with knowledgeable people but also, ones, that understand you have animals in your home. They were not trying to up sell me or get me to buy a furnace even though I KNOW that’s where I’m at. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone!!! Your staff from Ben that called me on the emergency line to your lovely ladies answering and returning calls to your technicians. We need to praise people more than knocking each other. THANK YOU!!! I’ll be working with you soon because I want a new furnace/AC unit.

    A technician came to clean our furnace yesterday. Today we have no heat and hot water. I called three times so far this morning. The first time the coordinator was in a meeting. The second time I called (an hour later) the coordinator said she was trying to locate a technician, it would be "between 8 - 12" (is that hours or between 8am and noon... not sure) and someone would call me back. The third time I called (an hour later) the person answering the phone said she didn't see the coordinator around but noted I was on the "wait list". I shared my frustration with her (Kayla?) that a technician has not been located yet and we still have no idea when someone would come to the house. I said "If you were sitting in your house without heat and hot water the day after East Coast was here, would you feel a bit frustrated?" She laughed condescendingly and without empathy saying "I don't know, I haven't turned my heat on yet." It's 38 degrees today. As someone who works in client and customer service myself, I would highly recommend East Coast improve theirs. We're also still waiting for any news about a technician.

    ***UPDATE***
    The technician (Corey) came and was very apologetic about a missed step when he'd been there the day before. While a frustrating, mistakes happen. That was not a big deal and was quickly fixed. I hope the customer service at their call desk is improved just as fast.

    Zac and Matt were great. Efficient, on time and very polite. Both are an asset to your team. We’ve had Zac here before for some repairs and he has always been extremely nice and very professional! Thank you, once again!
