Fantastic people/company.

Showed up on time, wore booties when entering the house, spent a full hour doing a checkup, and in the end told me the only thing I MIGHT need is cheap capacitor IF I have trouble down the road.

The next day they called me to say they had overcharged me five dollars (forgot I had a coupon). Seriously, they were going to send me a check for five dollars. Of course I told them to just keep it.

David arrived on time, was very professional, and answered all my questions. He even gave me a complete update on the system. I am definitely pleased with the service.

This company is awesome! I call for service.. I get... good service. when they say they are coming.. I get a text letting me know the tech is on their way.. and they get here on time! booties on their feet and a smile on their face! Thank you Infinity Heating and Cooling!!

Best Prices, experienced Installers, Techs who diagnose correctly and honestly. I chose "TRANE" for my residence for it's superior Quality. I chose Infinity Heating & Cooling because they are Local, know product knowledge, educated me, have Great Techs who diagnose issues well & just a Good Honest Company. I don't need to call them anymore for service with my TRANE, but I have a few rentals and refer them out to my Real Estate Clients, I know they will get a thorough diagnosis and fair pricing. I just replaced both of my 15 yr old units in January 2018. I interviewed 7 different companies and investigated 32 different types of units from 14 SEER to 24 SEER. I have a Master's degree in electrical engineering, and it's amazing how some of these company reps try to snow you, or oversell you! Infinity Heating & Cooling was by far the best company, from the office staff, to the technicians, right up to Richard who is a 3rd generation A/C tech turned owner. Their skill sets, integrity & service are true differentiators. I can't say enough good things about them!

Our air conditioning went out and we called them late in the evening. They said they would try and get someone out the next day but would contact us in the morning to see what was available. All of the technicians were booked for the day, so Coel (who was scheduled to be off) said that he would come out on his day off to help us out. He came on time and fully equipped for anything that might arise in his inspection of our AC unit. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it with ease. Coel was very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had with confidence. The company provided us with a new thermostat, installed it and checked that it was working properly before heading out the door. They were quick, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The owner Rich even stopped by while Coel was working to make sure we were satisfied with the service and aid Coel. We are looking to expand a room in our home and will 100% use them to extend the AC/heat into the new room. Would recommend to anyone who is having trouble with their AC.

Literally the best company you could ask for. They show up in the summer to help cool your house down, and show up when your heater breaks. Every tech I've met was nice and knowledgeable. Super cool group of people. Highly recommend.

worked seamlessly. They were fast, careful, neat and good communicators.
