I asked them to relocate ductwork during a major remodel of my home. Whether it was the original gentleman who came out to determine the scope of work, the office staff, or the two gentlemen who came out to do the work, everything was, and I cannot emphasize this word enough, PERFECTION. This is one class act who certainly knows how to identify the task, hold to a commitment, and perform to completion. I want them to provide seminars to be attended by many of the other contractors I have used.

Infinity is excellent. We’ve used them several times in the past. They are reasonable and trustworthy. This time our problem was more serious. It took a few days to get the parts needed, infinity was communicative and kept us informed that the repair was on schedule. David was excellent, he’d had a long day but still made it over within the time window. He ran into a few snags but stayed until my system was tip top. Thank you.

Jorge was terrific. He listened to my concerns and observations about my heating and pilot light. He investigated and identified the issue. He discussed the matter with his supervisor and remedied the underlying cause- thus I have a functioning pilot light and heat!!!
