I have a home for elderly with Alzheimer’s and the AC stopped working this morning. They have done some work for me in the past so I called them right away. Alexis, Stephanie and Arlo in the office were FANTASTIC! They dispatched a technician there within an hour and they were able to fix it and now our residents have AC again. Jared was wonderful as well! He did not leave until he made sure there is cold air in the home. Thank you all for responding right away and for fixing the AC so fast!

I called these guys after having a bad experience with another company. That saga has not reached a conclusion but the service with Infinity has been night and day different, for the better. Prompt, professional, and up front about exactly what the issues are, and what needed to be addressed immediately to get my service back up that evening. Within an hour they had the place cooling back down to liveable, and it’s worked great since.
I got my invoice along with photos, and a cost breakdown of recommended service for the future, so I have a clear plan to keep my A/C running great. Thank you for the professionalism.

Infinity Heating and Cooling was referred to me by a friend and they are is amazing. I called on a Monday afternoon and they were able to get me scheduled the next day l, but due to my schedule I scheduled my appointment for Wednesday. Not only did they keep me dated but Jorge was able to get me in 2 hours before my scheduled timeframe. He even finished before my appointment time. Both he and the office kept me updated on his location and how soon he would be at my location. Jorge also gave me a detail of everything he did and his recommendations. I only needed the maintenance done due to what the prior AC company said but there were other smaller things Jorge noted. Smaller things eventually turn into bigger and the more expensive they become to fix or replace. He also said I would get an email of everything in detail that was performed and recommendations.

I called in the afternoon and they were able to get a technician to my house right away. Devin was on the roof soon after arriving. When he came down he broke the bad news to me. my AC was almost 30 years old and surprisingly almost all original. But it might be repairable But the cost could be high and no warranty could be made because of the age. So a replacement was ordered. I talked with Alex about financing and she guided me through the process. Long story short. These guys are Rock Stars I will have my new AC installed in two days. Thankfully before the triple digits hit the Las Vegas valley.

Infinity Heating and Cooling did a great job installing a new HVAC system for me and based on their helpfulness in the past I'm confident they will quickly address any problems if they come up. So far everything is "cool" though! The price was exactly as quoted and the installation service was very professional.

I contacted Infinity after receiving a message on my iPhone from my Nest system indicating a valve related problem on my furnace. They scheduled my appointment for the next day, the technician was prompt, courteous, thorough and neat. He had the part replacement with him ( not something you see much anymore) and he tested the system with me to insure that the problem was solved to
my satisfaction. The price was fair and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve used other HVAC companies, including Gettle and Sierra but sometimes the big guys get too big for their own good and lose sight of customer service for residential customers. Infinity still answers their phone, confirms appointments, shows up and does the job well!
