Garbage company. Used them twice; once for heating and then cooling issues and their technicians don’t know how to do their job. One had to come back 4x for heating cause he didn’t get measurements right and the second tech gave attitude to my wife and actually argued. Like how about you don’t work with EarPods in so you can hear your customer. No customer service skill whatsoever. They did what they’re supposed to do but would not recommend. Only the front desk was actually good at their job.

High quality service, arrived early, service tech's were friendly and professional. Explained what they what was wrong and proceeded to repair unit. Have used this company for several years and they have always provided quality service.

I replaced a 23 year old HVAC system (original to the house) with a Trane system. I interviewed 3 companies to do the work. I chose Infinity based on positive feedback from my neighbors/reviews, but the main reason was due to the owner. The owner is 100% focused on a quality install and customer service. The estimates are very detailed and they complete all warranty registration!
My install was done this past Thursday and it was clear the owner has hired like minded people to do HVAC installs. The attention to detail was outstanding!

Last night our A/C froze up, so I disconnected it from power, because I knew from previous experiences it had to be thawed... my wife searched for a Maintenance company to call first thing this morning. She called these guys, and they had us scheduled for later in the day... since my wife works from home, she called them a little bit later to ask if there was anyway for them to come earlier as it was getting very uncomfortable for her to continue working. Richard happened to be in the dispatch area and had the dispatcher immediately send him to us. He showed up, and thoroughly went through our system trying to find why it was not cooling the house. He tested the pressures, the voltages, and verified all the fans, and compressors were getting enough power. He cleaned up after himself, unlike some of the previous maintenance people we've had come into the house. He found a screw from the previous maintenance done and replaced it. He didn't try to upsell and provided advice on how to avoid freeze ups in the future. I can't more highly recommend Infinity Heating and Cooling for any of your HVAC maintenance or installation needs.

Our AC went out at 4:30pm, we called and they were here in less than an hour. Pablo was extremely friendly and polite, he let us know what the problem was and gave us a quote immediately. This is the second time we have used Infinity and will continue to do so as they have superb service - thank you 😄

During an electric outage half our power was out including both a/c units. The Infinity Tech arrived at our house within an hour of our phone call, checked and diagnosed the problem that the outage caused us to have low voltage and this could not be fixed until the outage was repaired. The Technician arrived over an hour before scheduled time

Great service which was prompt and efficient. The tech was thorough and careful. He was very friendly and pleasant. This was my first time using this company and I will continue to do so now.
