So far initial visit for the estimate went well. They were very good on communicating with me on techs arrival. So far so good !!

I highly recommend Infinity Heating and Cooling for your heating and cooling needs. The owner and his team care about doing proper installs and ensuring the customer is happy! Its been two since I replaced all my units and everything has worked seamless.

Infinity air fixed my problem. The Tech was very clean and friendly. He ajusted my heat to my downstairs area. Great job!

$69 to diagnose a “broken” inducer motor. Yeah, the motor was vibrating because a screw had worked loose. They never called back to follow up. I fixed it myself.

I have used this company for years. Always trustworthy reliable service. No up sales just good old fashioned service. All their techs are highly qualified and personable. Their twice yearly maintenance program is very competitive with others. The difference between the "others" and Infinity...... they aren't there to sell you something you don't need like the others constantly attempt. Try them. You won't be sorry. Thank you Infinity for always taking care of your customers, honestly.

We had Infinity replace an aging heat pump system about 6 months ago. They did such a good job that we are now signed up for their VIP service on all 3 of our HVAC systems. Their communications are excellent and the work is very professional.

First off, Coel (best tech ever) installed our Trane hvac; CleanEffects air filter, and wi-fi enabled thermostat in August 2022. Coel was as professional and personable, as always.
It's too bad he left Infinity, they lost a great employee.
Secondly, technician Pablo performed our first Winter Seasonal Maintenance today. Pablo did a great job explaining all aspects of our new system, including homeowner know-how's and even personalizing the thermostat to our exact liking. (Shouldn't come as any surprise that top-tier Pablo did training along side Coel)
For future service calls, we'll be requesting Pablo as our new tech for complete satisfaction of service.

Our tech was very nice and he fixed the problem in no time. We won’t freeze tonight.
