David was fantastic, very thorough with diagnostics and explaining what he was doing. We have been using Infinity for our AC service for several years now, and we always have the same great experience— from scheduling, notifications that the tech is on their way, to the work performed and billing. Great customer service.

I am going to start by saying this is the 3rd company we have had come out for ac maintenance, that being said it was by far the best experience. The tech (sorry forgot his name crazy house here) was knowledgeable and fit us in very last minute. While it will be a little bit for our quote and decision on what fix to choose our first appointment was a definite positive change from the other companies. Looking forward to hearing from them so our ac will run better from here on out!!

Coel has been to my house a couple times. He’s very responsive, on time, courteous and relatable. He takes the time to answer your questions and makes sure everything is actually fully working before he leaves. He’s fixed some mess ups from previous people and everything works better than before. Seriously won’t use anyone else for my HVAC needs

Over the summer my unit stopped working. I called Infinity and they came out the very next day (I called about 5 companies with lead times 3 days out). Turns out my compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. My unit is about 15 years old so they gave me an option for repair or replacement which was great. The tech explained to me my best option based off of the price of repair and age of unit. I did the repair which was done right away and my unit was back up and running that evening. The technician let me know how important maintaining a unit is which is why I'm writing this review. After my compressor replacement I didn't want anything else happening to the unit so I called and made an appointment for a tune up. Best $65 I have ever spent. My unit is clean and running good for winter.

You can always appreciate a company that doesn't just try to sell you a new unit just because your unit is old and gives you advise on how to keep the unit going a few more years. Thanks Infinity!
