I contacted infinity because my AC unit stopped working. Rubin the tech came out and looked at my unit and confirmed that the compressor wasn’t working. He was knowledgeable and professional. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. I will be scheduling an install of a new AC unit with them

Infinity heating and cooling is one of the most honest A/C companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The owner truly cares about each and everyone of his customers and it shows.

These guys really care about their customers. We've used them twice now and not one complaint to say about them. The staff and techs are very professional. We couldn't ask for a better company to take care of our hvac system.

Richard, Cole, and Pablo were awesome. I’ve used them to service an older unit as well as install a brand new unit on an addition we were building. They are so incredibly responsive and I trust their work and people 100%. Could not be happier with their services and products.

Our home has 2 AC units that went completely out. We called a big name, well known company that advertises a lot to come out to repair and replace our upstairs unit and they "took us to the cleaners." We did not do our research like we should've. So when our downstairs unit went out, I priced everything on my own, called family members that were in the heating and AC business, researched heavily by asking my neighbors on Nextdoor social media who they recommended, then got 3 estimates. When Infinity Heating and Air called I told them that I had made my choice but he said that he would like to come over anyway and didn't even charge me for the estimate (most places will charge you for their time to come out and give you an estimate)!! I was impressed!! Like I said, I already did some heavy research so I would know if he was BSing me. The rep from Infinity Heating and Air was extremely patient, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and extremely thorough. I wanted a Trane unit installed and knew they had a sale plus a rebate online and I wanted to see if he knew about it too and he did!!! I didn't even have to mention it!! I knew I could trust this guy because a lot of times these companies will purchase the units at cost and can cash in on the rebates for themselves. When I received my estimate it was the lowest out of all the other estimates and thousands less then when we had our upstairs unit installed!!! I also knew that they gave me a good price because our family member who works in the industry (lives out of state) told us what we should be paying and they came very close to that price. I was blown away and knew that I could trust these guys to do honest work at a fair and reasonable price. On top of that, they called me a yr later to service my unit which is probably included with our purchase. They went through everything thoroughly and did service checks that I have never seen other companies do before. I have recommended Infinity to my neighbors and they too have been very pleased. Thank God for review apps where you can find great customer service especially in a field where you're completely dependent on the experts to provide what's needed. I highly recommend Infinity. This past year our 17-yo home needed both AC and heating repairs during the hottest and coldest days (of course). Richard and Cole were on it with efficient, expert and honest service AND reasonable prices to boot. I've added Infinity to my contacts list for all my future hvac needs.

July 2021 review update: We decided to pull the trigger and replace our AC/furnace using Infinity, and we were not disappointed. The owner, Richard remembered us from before and gave us a thorough estimate and recommendation on the ideal units for our home. The installation crew were expert as well as polite. A furnace issue arose based on original construction causing extra hours of labor. The crew addressed it ensuring quality work and safety measures. A shout-out to Arlo, Jose, Pablo, Thomas, and Will - excellent teamwork and customer service. Please use Infinity Heating and Cooling.

July 2021 review update: One of the new units stopped cooling and Infinity made it priority to come out that day to service the unit. I've heard that many AC companies will not prioritize warranty work - but not Infinity - they treat existing customers with the highest respect. Anyway, we were thinking "What?...we just bought brand new units!" After two visits of dedicated and thorough work, Thomas (great tech with a great attitude) found the problem. Turns out it's not the unit itself, but a rodent problem. Thomas repaired the damaged wires, and we are now addressing the rodents (another upcoming company review for another type of service).
We continue to be very pleased with Infinity's top-notch customer service.

Last March they installed an all new HVAC system. They did a great job for less than anyone else with a quality system. They routinely maintain the system. The guys who come out are professional, polite, and clean. So far, I couldn’t be happier with this company.

The best in Vegas. Look no further if you need hvac and a/c replacement or repair, these guys are the real deal. They’re friendly, professional and helpful about the whole process. I needed the works- my systems were 30 years old and decided to finally give up in my new place. When the leak source was being stubborn, they made sure to stay until it was found and with the easiest solution to prevent a larger repair disaster (think: dealing with HOA). A previous owner’s flooring & trim contractor nailed through the pipe, causing the leak! I’m now sitting in my cool air and have an upgraded everything- thermostat, hvac, filter, outdoor unit and its bells and whistles & they repaired the drywall from the necessary repairs and did a good job with all of it. Not one of them complained about the long day or being called in as extra reinforcement. A+ service, quality and team at Infinity.

A summer A/C problem is everyone's appliance nightmare. You just want the problem fixed irrespective of cost.
