Rubin performed my spring maintenance today. Everything checked out fine as I expected given my system was installed 6 months ago. Rubin showed up on time and was professional and friendly. He even tolerated me following him around and asking questions. I highly recommend Infinity for any HVAC needs.

Project was to replace three ancient HVAC units with variable speed high SEER units. Four (4) bids received. During home visits, bidders were carefully watch and inputs noted. Received all kinds of crazy possibilities like ductwork to small, original ACs were too small of tonnage, etc even from the company who has been servicing my HVAC units for years. Infinity rep named Arlo was thorough, professional and did not bring in any crazy ideas or upsells. Received the bid from Office Guru Alex. After selecting Infinity, I added air scrubbers to two units to reduce allergens. Game on for the following Tuesday. A group of six (6) HVAC pros arrived on time and worked their butts off to get all three AC units, three heaters, and three WiFi thermostats installed and completely operational. Each crew member was super polite, professional and courteous. They did a great job finishing up leaving my house clean. Thank you Arlo, Coel, David, Pablo, Will and Thomas for your care and hard work. From start to install, everything was communicated and completed. For the next three years, Infinity will service all units for free, this is in addition to the 10-year warranty on almost everything. So impressive! I am not normally a person who does feedback but I absolutely have to for Infinity. It is so refreshing and rare to find a company like this and look forward to the service in years to come.

We had no heat less than 24 hours after I called they had a technician at our house, Pablo was awesome he checked all wires, ended up changing our thermostat , he also cleaned all our coils, and deep cleaned the heater area, he was professional and very clean and done a great job. We have great heat now our family thanks Pablo an outstanding employee we believe.

If you are looking for a reputable company that treats you like a valued client from the first visit, you came to the right place. It is especially challenging to find ethical, reasonably priced, and quality service in Las Vegas. From the efficient lady who books and schedules appointments, to Joey and Evan (technicians who worked on my unit) as well as the owner Richard who I spoke extensively with on the phone, this company operates at the most impressive capacity I have seen through my 12+ years here in Vegas.

From the first phone call, they worked with my very demanding work schedule to make sure the appointments were set up in the fastest time possible. They quoted a 2 hour window, but every single time the technician showed a couple minutes earlier or at the exact quote time. They also send out text messages when they are on their way that gives you time to make sure you're home for the arrival.

Joey was customer focused. It was very obvious that he really cared about the client and was incredibly respectful. He answered all my questions and was very considerate with my time.

Evan was direct and thorough in being extremely realistic in my situation. He gave me all pros and cons in regards to my options. I have a 17 year old system that will be going out at anytime. He provided me several options and walked me through each one. He also took the initiative to talk to the owner about my situation. He showed true compassion and his customer service was above and beyond what you would typically expect.

The owner, Richard then followed up with Evan several times in regards to the work. He called during the visit for updates and went over the options. I also had the privilege to speak directly to Richard and to thank him for all the service his technicians and scheduling agent had provided.

I was privileged to hear Richard's philosophy on not only how he strives to keep an ethical and client relationship service, but also how he is committed to take care of his employees from providing them the proper tools, transportation, uniform, and overall a place where they can feel proud to work. He is also very proud of his staff and feels very lucky to have them as representatives in delivering his same values and core ethics.

This is obvious when you interact with the technicians. I have never met Richard, but I can tell from the way his technicians are that it is very clear that his message to deliver quality work and building customer relations is very important to him. This is so hard to find these days and really makes a noticeable difference to a client.

They already have highly rated reviews on several social media platforms that I have found, but I had to make sure I also wrote a review in hopes to help others who are having trouble finding an HVAC company that is reliable, ethical, and treats the client like intelligent human beings instead of an opportunity to overcharge. You WILL NOT regret choosing their services.

They went above and beyond what was expected on my 17+ year system. It's only a matter of time before I will be calling them for a full replacement and new system and I know that I will have a peace of mind and full faith in knowing that I made the right decision in choosing Infinity Heating and Cooling for any and all services. Don't sleep on this. These guys are a hidden gem and are about to take over Las Vegas with their excellence in customer service and quality of work.

Also, if you use their services, take the time and write a review. It's so important these days. That's how I found them originally (through Yelp reviews) and am so thankful for all the other reviewers. Being a single female condo owner, I didn't know the first place to start on finding services for HVAC and I thank all the other reviewers who didn't steer me wrong. It's unfortunately so easy to feel like you get ripped off in this town and it feels like you win the lottery when you find places that actually make you feel good about the choices you make.

Our air conditioner went out on a Sunday evening. We had no idea who to call and our neighbor had told us about Infinity Heating and Cooling. We called them at about 830 PM and they were here at 800 AM. Justin was the tech worker and he found the problem right away. Our air conditioner was 22 years old so we decided to replace the unit instead or repairing it. They started on the work and finished it in less than 8 hrs. Both he and Dave worked under extremely tough conditions, as it was well over a 100 degrees outside. We were very pleased with them and the installation and we would certainly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing or repairing an AC unit.
