Infinity Heating and Cooling

Great service from repairman Joey. He explained every detail and extremely polite. He made sure everything was understood. He treated the 93 year old woman with the utmost respect and compassion. The unit is working so far so good.

Quick and excellent service by Infinity (my memory for names is terrible, but I think the technician's name was Dave/David) for a non-working A/C.

The problem was immediately identified as a capacitor gone bad and replaced. Refrigerant levels / efficiency checked, and cool air was blowing again! This is a brutal week of heat and humidity in Las Vegas, and I still got an appointment and a fix within two days -- outstanding.

We had a problem with our heating system...it let out a bad smell and heat stopped working completely.. so thank god we stumbled upon infinity heating and cooling...read the reviews they were all positive and rightfully so ... we called them they sent someone out the very next day...his name was david and he was absolutely awsome..very friendly and knowledgeable..we were worried we might need a whole new system but thank god... David was able to fix the problem and now it's working better than ever ...thank u david and thank u infinity from Kelly and victor 👍

Infinity heating and cooling came out in July and replaced my older a/c unit with a Goodman unit. After they completed the job I was so happy of the job I went on google and gave them a great review, and they deserved every acalade I gave them. I goofed and put out a review for another infinity air company. Infinity heating and cooling not only saved me money, but the owner and other gentleman who came out did a fantastic job, were very knowledgeable and very pleasant. If anyone were to ask me who to call for an A/C problem I would recommend Infinity heating and cooling everytime. Also I trusted them 100%, and that means alot to me. Tech arrived as scheduled, proficiently performed the futrnace checks, cleaned up, provided report and was very pleasant .

Replaced 2 HVAC units, very quickly. Great people to deal with. Quality work

Coel is freaking amazing!!! AC unit went out in 115 degree heat, he came out within an hour and everything was fixed and working 30 minutes after that. Can't say enough good things about Coel and Infinity. Thanks again!

Great service. I heard a "funny" noise coming from the AC unit. Kyle showed up on time and checked everything out only to find one of the outside panels was the cause. A little magic and it was silent again. Good to know it wasnt the unit but everything was checked just to be sure.

I installed a mini-split in my RV and it wasn't working correctly, they helped me when others laughed at me, my service man was polite , helpful and very respectful and he fixed the unit in 111 heat, we are moving and need the ac in the RV, thank you so much!!!!!!!

Best heating and cooling company in vegas. Customer service is top notch, and they have an unparalleled expertise. I wouldn't trust any other company with my ac. They respond fast, work fast, and get the job done the first time around. Best ac company in las vegas bar none.
