This company will go above and beyond to find the source of the problem in your HVAC system. We found this company because we were experiencing issues with our Bryant furnace (they are 1 of 2 authorized vendors for this brand) that runs on a 3 Zone damper system due to the fact that we have a 3 story home.
It took several visits, some trial and error, but I think Orlando and his crew finally got the matter resolved. Orlando found a sensor for the damper system that was in the wrong spot and was likely in the wrong spot since the home was built in 2007.
Every year, we have the same problem where our heater thinks it's overheating and shuts itself off. Orlando and his crew made some adjustments, properly set up the different zones, and put the sensor to where it should have been and I think he finally cracked a code we have been trying to figure out for years.
I definitely recommend this company because the customer service by this company is out of this world and unheard in a community that relies so much on the proper operation of the HVAC. Also, the pure passion by Orlando to be the best really just shows because he would not give up and let us settle when we were not getting what we wanted from the system.
If you need an honest company that wants to truly resolve the issue and not bandaid it, then this is the one for you!
A/C Technician Mike and Kurt! Took thier time to hear out our families concern. They serviced our compressor, air handler, control module and thermostats in house and found a bad thermostat and replaced under warranty in 24 hrs. Air handler unit in attic space was checked. It was a new build home. Found that builder did something wrong and corrected the issues.
M&K Heating and Cooling Services did a really bad install with many code violations being broken back when my AC unit was installed by them in 2011. I only just found this out because I posted for AC troubleshooting help on the internet and people were going crazy over the code violations and safety issues in the video I made of the unit. M&K Heating and Cooling Services also came by in 2017 and didnt acknowledge the issues nor inform us of these issues.
I contacted them the other day about these concerns, the unit has a 10 year warranty anyway, but I wanted them to fix all of these code violations with the installation. We didn't feel safe and felt like we had been lied to and cheated out of labor time which should have been spent on a quality installation. The unit and install was $5500, that is a lot of money and I couldn't believe out gas line was supported by a piece of electrical wire, there was no sediment trap (which is required from 2008 and on), no gas shut off, the fuse box contents fell out everywhere, gas line wasnt supported, they used an appliance hose rather than a rated gas line; code violation hell! Many many safety issues!
They came out the next day and explained the person who did the install no longer worked for the company. However, the OWNER came out HIMSELF 2 years ago for a seperate issue and didn't report ANY problems with the install.
The next day, they arrived 40-45 minutes late. No calls, no emails, no texts. Nothing. They addressed the issues, at least, I thought they did. However, I could smell gas around our house. We were cooking at the time, so I didnt think much of it. 2 more days pass, I still smell gas. I go to the meter, it's running... constantly! I had a bad feeling.... I climb up on the roof and the new gas line WASN'T EVEN BOLTED TOGETHER PROPERLY!! It was !!! LEAKING GAS !!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I ACTUALLY CANNOT BELIEVE IT. ARE YOU INSANE!?!? you didn't check for gas leaks before you left!? Before he came, I said "Do you want me to shut off the main gas line?", he said: "nahh, I think we'll be alright". Bunch of cowboys with no care or consideration for human health and safety. Out to make a quick buck. It's disgusting!! Absolutely disgusting!
After raising a complaint and making my safety concerns known only 4 days earlier, then go and "better" themselves. This isn't a movie sequel, I'm not sure why they are trying to excite the audience. The only victim here are the poor old folk that cannot climb onto their roofs and check out previous installs by this company.
Their licence should be REVOKED!! I am SO MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is an honest local business that will fix your unit and not just try to talk you into a new one. We had a problem with our heater sometimes shutting off in the middle of the night. M&K was able to diagnose and repair the unit for an extremely reasonable fee. They were also great at communicating when they would arrive and very respectful of my time. I think it's important to recognize businesses that provide excellent service!
M&K sent over Michael to complete the first, of what will be many, semi-annual preventive maintenance tune-ups to my A/C. It is a very unusual system, but Michael had previous experience with it at the same condo development that I live at. Michael has over 40 years of experience in HVAC in Las Vegas. He spent the entire two hours inspecting and testing every aspect of the system and he described the purpose of each test. The system is 18 years old. In the end, he noted a few parts were rusted and a few test results that were near their limits, and he recommended that we both watch these parts. However, he did not try to sale or pressure me in to buying anything. He answered all my questions during the two hour time period and educated me on HVAC operations. It is a tremendous relief of mind to know that if anything were to happen to my A/C system, I could call M&K and they would send out Michael, or someone equally experienced, to fix it. You can take comfort knowing that you are getting honest and straight forward advice. Customer satisfaction is paramount. Should they do a repair in the near future, I know that I can trust their advice and trust that their work will be of the highest quality. Their prices are competitive, perhaps a little less than their major competitors, but service is outstanding. You will not regret going with M&K. This review is completely unsolicited.

They have always been completely honest and fair with their pricing. The best service and price in Las Vegas. In one of our rental properties we had a problem with the A/C and called one of the very large and well known A/C companies in town. I couldn't believe the prices I was quoted. They recommended replacing the entire unit for $7,000 or temporarily fixing the problem for $2700. I was so frustrated and mad feeling like they knew I needed to fix it, because it was August and 100 degrees. I posted on FB if someone knew a good honest A/C company and my friend recommended Kathy at M & K heating. They went by the property as soon as they could, let me know what was really happening and that the coil leak needed to be fixed. That it was a simple fix and would cost $700. They were able to fix it in the first visit. I was so so grateful for them, their honesty, their efficiency. M & K is the absolute best.
