Well. Was a few things to fix. Plumbing. Water heater and a couple of more things. Well. First. Call. 525 deductible from American Home Shield. Plus other items not cover. He wanted me to hire someone else he recommends. More money $$$. Called American Home shield. And ask for money instead. Was able to hire someone for only 150 and cover everything. Way better. I even selected the right heater. Vs getting the cheapest to make a profit on me. For sure. Will never recommend this guys. Every call they give you. They ask you for more money. Just do it your sed and ask for money from your home insurance. š $75 for only come and open their mouth. Horrible company!!
Had service from this company for a irrigation leak July 4. I assumed it was fixed. I put my hand under the taped area a few weeks later and it is leaking still. I called, asked for different technician. I was told a supervisor would come out instead. No - same guy which made me feel awkward. he said the leak I have now is a new leak - not sure about that. I already paid $250.00 and now about $300 quoted. He was suppose to talk to owner and call me today. Haven't heard from anyone and my water is shut off to all the plants. not a happy customer so far!
Ray is awesome!! He came out to fix a problem with my toilet and went above and beyond to fix it to my satisfaction. Ray is professional, personable, prompt, and clean. He is definitely an asset to the company and I will ask for him specifically next time I need a plumber.

He gave me some story about a hose that was leaking. NOT TRUE & I trusted him. Later the same day I went to clean around the toilet only to discover he never looked at the leak I reported, why because he may have to remove the toilet (work) in order to do the repair
Advance Home Services is the worst company we have everything worked with. We continue to have the same issue everytime this company gets assigned to a work order by this home warranty. Unfortunately, sometimes we just have to accept AHS being assigned as there is no one else that can be assigned by the home warranty.
AHS has on three separate occasions stated that they were out to the property and the tenants (three separate tenants) say they have not. Then several times they have missed the appointment. Numerous times, they have come out to the properties and have not had any tools necessary to complete the repair. This then causes them to have to come back out and make multiple trips which just wastes both the tenants time and ours.
On numerous occasions, they have just went out, spent about 5 minutes at the property and have reported the claim denied to the home warranty. We then request a second opinion, another company comes, out and fixes the issue with no problem and it is covered under the home warranty.
Additionally, we have called numerous times, and it seems that either no one is available to answer the phones, sends it straight to voicemail, their line is disconnected, or someone answers and we get put on hold for nearly an hour. If it was just once or twice I could understand; however, this is a constant occurrence with this company and the people who answer the phone have no sympathy whatsoever and do not like to help.
They constantly can not find work orders, regardless if I give them the work order number assigned by the home warranty, phone numbers, or names on the work order.
I would sincerely recommend if you are assigned to this company from your home warranty to wait the extra time and request another vendor as this company is merely a waste of time. Save yourself the argument.
Excellent service. Joe came and he was very professional very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and will be installing our new water heater. I love that you can receive text messages and they send you updates and a map of the drivers enroute. So far Iām very pleased and impressed.
We have had a weird plumbing leak that has taken some trial and error. The staff at Advance Home Services has been professional, committed and treated us with consideration through the diagnosis and repair process. Everyone there has been amazing.
Very poor service. Came out and said we needed a new angle stop and had to order one. Came back and put it on but still leaking. Came out again and could not fix the leak because the pipe is corroded and would not come loose with his pliers. These techs show up with very limited amount of tools and can't fix anything unless it can be done with a pair of pliers. Not much more than a shady handyman contracted through home warranty contracts. Worthless!!!!!!
Awesome company!! Awesome employee!! Advanced home services was sent by America Home Shield to fix my A/C ā within minutes of receiving the work order from AHS my appointment was scheduled by a super friendly lady for the next day with a three hour window from 3pm to 6pm. To my surprise, the technician Shadd called at 1:45pm and said he was ahead of schedule and could be to my house around 2:00, I said great! Shadd was extremely knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend Advanced Home Services and very highly recommend Shadd! Thank you
this co. works with (FOR) the home warranty co. and they ONLY care about saving the warranty co. money. the same guy came to our house twice and both times it was useless. the guy was a jerk when you'd try to ask a legit question and talked down to us, he was NOT thorough at all, he really didn't check out what he should've at all. I would never call this co. even without the home warranty. I will let the home warranty co. know that this is the reason we will NOT be renewing.... I wish I could give them a -100 stars and that would still be over rating this place. Oh yes, AND he was a half hour LATE
