    A one star for Advanced Home Services is more than they deserve. My experience with this company is no different than the many negative reviews left by other home owners who were assigned repair service by Advanced Home Services though a home warranty company. Advanced Home Services reported unnecessary expenses to my home warranty company which would have total almost a thousand dollars out of pocket for service not covered under the home warranty. Thank goodness I requested a second opinion and realized I was being lied to. Not an honest company. Stay away!!

    Wish I could post a ZERO rating. Crooks AND incompetent. Stay away. "Plumber" installed a water purifier when I asked for a softener. $2600. When they switched it out for $800 water softer they wouldn't give me a refund for the difference! Unreal. Total scam with the home warranty too.

    I arrived home 15 min past start of window. Tech waited and got me repaired within 15 minutes. I was apprehensive after l called in warranty tickets before with my warranty company. But I was pleased my tech went and got the needed the needed parts and came back as promised. I appreciate him.

    American home shield warranty company assigned Advanced Home Services to be the contractor to repair my toilet. What a pleasure it was to have their employee Joe do the repairs. He came one day and said he had to order a gasket for my older toilet. The next day he called and made an appointment for the same day. I did plumbing for 30+ years. I was impressed. Joe replaced everything in my toilet except the handle and put in a new angle stop and feed line to toilet in a little over an hour. I am so happy. I have had other plumbers out that had been assigned by AHS and most did not do the job right in fact some didn't even correct the problems. I would highly recommend Advance Home Services if their employees are anywhere as good as Joe. Thanks Joe. Job well done. Mike

    Horrible service!! Tech Dane is so rude and very very unprofessional, he told us he is not fixing anything as the unit is old. The tenant told him we paid and he said I don’t care. We had a repair with AHS and they sent this company to the house he was not even there 5min. He said that is normal tag is hot. Please don’t hire this company. I also called to speak to a supervisor and was advise he was to lunch. They did not ask for my information to call me back. Very unprofessional and rude. Please take pictures before!

    I came home to my hair blowing warm air rrrrrrright at the start of the summer. Booo. I called Advanced and they came and had the problem finished within an hour. Price was super reasonable and I had cold air blowing and a happy household!

    We just bought the house and it still had the original AC Unit but the previous owners took great care of it maintenance wise but eventually we knew that it had to get replaced.

    We have received many quotes from many companies out here in Las Vegas and Advanced Home Services was the best choice because their prices were more reasonable. Cody, the technician explained the difference between the different units and we were able to make a clear choice as to what type of AC unit to get.

    Cody was over within a few days to install the unit and made sure that it worked properly before he left. Since then, July's power bill was $250, we got August's bill and it dropped down to $175 which was a big difference because of the new unit being energy efficient. Best investment ever!

    Worst experience ever!!!! Be careful! Take pictures before the technician get in your house. Try to video record the service and the stay in your house … What happened to me today can happened to you tomorrow …. The tech Alex got in our house to check the water heather since was not heating at all. He open the cover and start checking and pulling all the cables to check why it was not power … the heather was like death ….
    He ended pulling up the cable and said that it was no way to check the original problem of the heather without that cable connection .In that case he suggest that will need to ask the company what to do moving forward with the situation with the cable…. This morning the company call me that the claim was denied because Alex the technician reported that the cable was intentionally broken by us. Really???? We even have picture of the heather when the issue star … we have the original pictures of the product without Alex caused the problem. Alex was extremely rude and discourtesy PLUS causing this financial issue to us with no reasons??? really???

    Technician came to fix toilet and asked if I have a plunger. I said no and he told me he has to reschedule. WHAAAT? Plumber without plunger and snake? After he rescheduled he diagnosed it as a foreign object(just bc he was clearly in hurry it took him cca 20 seconds) and its not covered by warranty. Asked him to fix it and Ill pay for it but I need the toilet to be fixed. He said he has to send an estimate and he cant fix it just like that. That was 3 days ago and couple texts and phone calls and still not working toilet. Well he got $75 from AHS so why would he bother. Please call someone else...totally useless.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. We had a clog in our kitchen line and called our home warranty, American Home Shield. They assigned this company to us on a Thursday. No one could come out until Monday. Fine. The tech, Dustin, arrived at a decent time and immediately I could tell he did not want to be there. I gave him a friendly greeting and received a dirty look in return. I explained to him what happened and he took a photo of where the clog was leaking in our garage. He went to work on the outside of our house using the snake to clear the blockage. A few minutes later he packed up and claimed that there was something blocking his machine, and could not get past it. He would have to submit something at his office at the end of day to get someone else out there. I was surprised by this. He did not even suggest trying to run the water again to see if there was going to be a backflow. Nope, nothing of the sort. Just got the heck out of there.

    My husband came home early for lunch and we ran the water for a long time. Guess what? No clog. I waited until that evening to run the dishwasher and low and behold, no clog, again. Many loads of laundry and cycles of the dishwasher later, no clogs.

    A call to our home warranty carrier revealed that Dustin reported to them that our whole drain line would need to be replaced because of a foreign object in the lines. They denied the claim and I was actually okay with that. I told them what the tech had done and did not do. This guy either thought I was stupid enough to believe his nonsense or he did not realize he cleared the blockage, which is hard to believe.

    If your home warranty people assign this company, especially this "tech" Dustin, cancel the call immediately or ask for another company. You are going to get scammed.
