Alex the plumber provided false information regarding his visit causing our problem plumbing to not be covered. Alex arrived to our home on September 16th to review water overflow / leakage in our garage. He stated he needed a piece of wood removed in order to access the clean out. Instead of waiting for me to remove the wood he stated he would come back the next day to snake the drain. The next day he texted stating he would not make it and he would come Friday the 18th. Friday came and he again stated that he could not make it and would come Saturday the 19th. He arrived Saturday and snacked the drain, not going to far in and stated he could not go any further that he would need to camera the drain and would do that Monday. On Monday we received a text that he would again not make it that he would come Tuesday. He arrived Tuesday and put a camera down the drain. I stood there the entire time, took about two minutes. He did not move from the cleanout. He stated there was a broken pipe and would turn in his report. After contacting the warranty company, they stated that he wrote in his report that it was a collapsed drain when he told us it was a broken pipe. Collapsed makes it not covered. He also stated in his report that the "collapsed" drain was outside the homes main foundation. He had told my husband that he estimated it being 2 feet, which would not be outside the homes main foundation. He did not have a sensor on the camera and did not walk out, away from the drain to locate the pipe. He has no idea where it is, but is guessing. Really unprofessional. We waited around for him and spent a lot of time on days he never showed. I called and asked for a manager who stated Alex would call. Alex never did call and the manager was no help. Also requested a copy of the report / visit and was told the reports are kept in a different location and it would take 3 days to be sent to my email because they would have to go pick it up at an off site location. Please be wary of this company and I would recommend always getting a second opinion!
Javier came out to fix a stoppage in my water line. He told me he couldn't fix it and they were going to have to rip up my flooring and replace the pipes and it was going to be about $5000.. but Javier told me three times that they offer financing. When a lady from the office called with the quote, I told her I was getting a second opinion and she nearly hung up in me. I called a real plumber and they fixed the problem for $256. When I called to complain, the guy I spoke with was very nice but I'll never use this company again. There were several steps they could've taken before jumping to ripping up my floors. Beware.
Technician came to my home to fix a persistent clog. I paid a $75 fee to my home warranty company. He looked under my sinks, said he couldn't clear the clog due to the sink placement (back to back). He made no attempt to clear the clog. Suggested a $600 "clean out" so he could reach the main pipe. I told him I didn't have the funds for that. He said ok, and left. Today I had Marks Jetting Service come. He took apart my trap, inserted a camera then a snake and cleared the clog in 10 minutes.
Thank you for your outstanding service at my home Wednesday, 21 August and Thursday, 22 August. Your representative was prompt, professional and explained everything to me to my satisfaction. The repairs were completed. This is not the first time I used your services and will use you again when the situation calls for it.
Ray the technician was completely professional and polite they came out within 3 hours of my filing a claim with my home warranty. My water heater needed replacement and he had given me a written and itemized quote on what may or may not be covered. Lisa from the front office called me to let me know what my warranty company denied totaling $400. I reviewed my policy and promptly called myhomewarranty company and their response was oops we made a mistake. Lesson learned, check and check again, this was not the contractors fault it was my warranty fault! I would definitely use this company again with or without warranty coverage.

I would like to Thank Cody for coming out and fixing our AC. He was professional he showed he cared about fixing it in a timely manner due to my kids, explained what he replaced and left us feeling reassured our AC was fixed!

We came home after being out of the country to a burst hot water heater. We contacted our home warranty immediately & they sent out Advanced Home Services the same day. Ray was extremely thorough & helpful in resolving our situation. We actually needed a new hot water heater. I recommend Advanced & would use them again.
Advanced Home Services was dispatched for my failed water heater by my home warranty American Home Shield. The water heater was still under warranty from Rheem. They came out on a Wednesday and removed the bad water heater. They returned on the following Monday to put the new water heater in. They wanted to charge me $130 for a permit that you can do online for much cheaper. They were okay with me getting my own permit. I have a hot water recirculating pump that they charged me $175 to hook back up. American Home Shield said it was a modification. Overall I was happy with Advanced Home Services and their technician Javier.
