    I had ultra coming over and diagnose my AC unit because it wasn't cooling. The tech came over and looked at my AC units he said nothing was wrong with it and he left. I waited a little bit but the house was still at 85 3 hours after he left. Called the company and argued with to send somebody else because he didn't diagnose it right it was still blowing 85. So the company sent the same tech back out a second time and he said that there was still nothing wrong with it and tried up selling me on a 7,000 dollar dampener system that I didn't need. I lived in the house for 10 year and it cooled fine it just needed to be fixed. I told him that he wrong and to leave and I got a Second opinion from a company that I trust and they came over same day and diagnose the AC and they said it was the compressor. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay far away.

    American Home Sheild sent another company. I was not happy with, so we requested new service with a new company (Ultra) a gentleman named Gabriel came out, walked me through the whole process, explained everything to me and fixed the issue. He was here all about 20 minutes, and was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this company even the front desk lady I believe her name was Veronica was very very pleasant. This place is a 10 out of 10.

    Ultra Heating & Cooling was contracted through my home warranty when my heater stopped working. My heat stopped on Sunday and Ultra called Monday morning for a tech to come out the next morning. I feel that this was a very quick turn around on a home warranty claim. It turned out that the compressor on my heat pump/AC combo unit had went out. The tech explained to me that this was a fairly old unit (2003, which I knew) and it most likely should be replaced; however, he would submit to the home warranty his findings. Of course the home warranty just wanted to cover replacing the compressor and several of the costs were not covered (i.e. crane, most of the refrigerant, etc.) After getting the estimate of what it would cost me out of pocket to repair the aging unit vs. just replacing the unit on my own I decided to move forward with Ultra. Pilot (the tech) came back to my house after 5pm the next day to go through the process of applying for credit to cover the cost of the unit and install. The unit was ordered and installed the following week. All said and done I was without heat for under 2 weeks. The communication from Ultra was fantastic, the scheduling process was smooth, and overall I really feel cared about. It sucks when a major house system goes out but the communication and overall care provided made a difficult situation more tolerable.

    Service technician "Kris" came to work on our AC on June 7.Took about 30 mins working on the AC.The next day June 8 at 10am the AC stopped working again. I called the number that he called me from. I told him that he came by yesterday to work on our AC and that it stopped working. He said if we where the owners and I said no we are renting He told me to call the owner, so he can pay to have him come back to fix it. I said you just came by yesterday and now it's not working again. He said "sure" and hung up on me.
    We actually have to go through the property management people to get them to come out. He was very rude and non caring that we had no AC in the summertime. We will contact the property manager to NOT have these guys come out again.

    Ultra is amazing! Gabriel was my on-site technician. He was so friendly and thorough. Gabriel’s manager Pylet called to ensure all my questions were answered and I was completely satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again!

    Pilot arrived at the beginning of the time window and fixed my furnace in a flash. It required a part which he had. Professional, friendly, expedient. Would give him ten stars if I could. Definitely recommend this company.

    AHS sent this company. I initially thought the heater was in the attic but realized it was in a closet. He said he can’t stay because of all the stuff in the closet. I said give me 5 min and I’ll move all the stuff. He said ok but I’m leaving. By the time he got his ladder I could have had everything removed. I called our warranty and was told they will still get paid. So he apparently already knew he would get paid even without doing any work. You

    Used Ultra to repair my a/c unit. Arrived promptly, completed the repair timely and was very professional. Would use again.

    Used Home Warranty, they came out , he was there for short period (less than a minute), left said "Nothing wrong & the noise is not covered". Didn't even come inside to check the blowing air temperature.

    Waste of our time. Unfortunatly we had to go through our warranty company.

    I noticed my a/c wasn’t kicking on anymore so I called for it to get serviced. I put the claim in on Wednesday and got an appointment for Friday. I called the office and the lady I spoke to was kind enough to get me an earlier appointment.
    Gabriel was the tech that came out. He was very professional and helpful. He found the issue and had it repaired quickly. I was pleased with the overall service I received!
