Alex was an extremely professional worker and explained the issues to me and quickly resolved the problems in a timely manner. The response from AHS was with in 24 hours of my first call and Alex arrived the next day. His respect for me and my property I would rate as top notch professional and knowledgeable of his craft. I am extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend or use AHS in the future.

Jason was the technician that took care of a clogged duct leading to our dryer. He was professional and knowledgeable !! Grateful for his immediate appointment as my pile of laundry is mounting!!! I definitely refer this company and Jason.

AHS was contracted by my home warranty company to come make a couple of repairs. Dave showed up promptly, was polite and professional, and did an excellent and quick job of making the required repairs. I was very happy with the work done.

,was the plumber that came to take care of our hot water heater. After the repair was rejected by our home warranty company. Ray and Advanced Home Services took charge and fixed our hot water. He also told us if we had any problems let them know and would come right over. This is the kind of service you do not see everyday anymore.

Completely horrible! Try paying American Home Sheild $75 they refer Advanced Home Services, Plumber comes out and won't work till mold is removed (okay understandable) remediation of mold occurs, I have to pay the difference for a new faucet (okay AHS does not cover) RO unit not covered either, but was the source of the leak, Advanced Home Services won't even offer solutions to put back "oh no we don't do that!" Called their GM, that made it worse, asked who the owner was? "You will have to look that up sir!" Well I am looking it up and take it from me, worst customer service ever!"

Nice man...Sam. very considerate of my annoying, barking dogs. Came back with a part and fixed my dripping faucet. Extremely professional and polite. Finally... problem gone! Company seems very organized. Emails popped on before he came. He called enoute. Then after problem fixed. Nice company. I would use again even if i didn't have home warranty picking the place!

Advanced Home Services installed a water heater in my house with flex gas line that was too long for the area where the water heater is located: next to a door entering the house. I've asked them to put a shorter flex gas line in to avoid someone accidentally pulling it when they enter the house. They came out and replaced it with a flex line that was still too long (18 inches). When I asked the technician if he had one shorter than 18 inches long. He replied that it was the shortest. I investigated the matter and learned that you can get one shorter than 18 inches, which I need for safety purposes. Why can't they install a shorter flex gas line like the original one? I'm not a happy camper and am concerned that it's just an accident waiting to happen since people travel in and out of the garage in the house.

Sam G. was our plumber and he was very professional, a pleasure to speak to, very courteous & smart. He was able to fix our shower leak & bathroom faucet in a timely manner. He explained what the issue was and what he did. I would recommend them to our neighbors for any plumbing issues.

I did a review that wasn't very pleasant but I thought it was about my home warranty company. I thought I was doing one on American Home Sheild but was in fact on Advavanced Home Services which was nothing but professional. There name was at the very bottom of the servey instead of the top. This was sent by my home warranty people. Advanced Home Services took my call at almost closing was very sympathetic to my situation. I emailed him the information they asked for and at their opening time of 7 a.m I received a call. If you don't use this company you don't appreciate friendly and polite service

Here is how they make their money. They work for AHS warranty company. They don't get paid enough money from them, so they come up with all these overpriced additional charges and pass that those expenses on to the consumer. Javier their installer is a master at ripping people off. He is the one that comes out to do the Home Warranty estimate, and then writes in all these exorbitant extra charges. He has done this twice to me. The first time he charged one of my tenants for things that were covered by the Home Warranty.....So they got paid twice! This time I asked to take a second look at charges under my home warranty. He said if I did not pay on the spot, he would take out the water heater he just put in!!! How do people like him sleep at night???? Look out for ADVANCED HOME SERVICES!!!
