Advanced Home Services was contacted for a simple residential plumbing repair through a home warranty company, Advanced Home Services sent a guy named Alex who is obviously not very knowledgeable, very lazy and likes arguing with the 70-year-old woman.

Lucky for Advanced Home Home Services they sent back a second guy named Joe, Joe fix the faucet in about 15 minutes with no problems and no arguing with my 70-year-old mom.

Guy came to my house walked in, went the the room where the problem was took one picture and walked right out. took him exactly 2 min for diagnosis and went and reported to my home warranty its not normal wear and tear therefore voiding my warranty on the repair! WORST COMPANY EVER ! DONT EVER HAVE THIS COMPANY COME TO YOUR HOME

This company was sent by the home warranty to fix the toilet because it was dripping. They replaced the mechanism inside with a brand new one. Not sure what happened here, but 2 months later it just stopped working. So, either they installed a defective mechanism or they installed it incorrectly. However, now I have to pay for repairs again as they refused to fix.

Professionalism] Dane was on time, and a very professional and knowledgeable technician. He diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within 10 minutes. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure my AC was working properly. I would recommend this company and Dane to anyone looking for AC repair or replacement. Thanks again.

Advanced Home Services saved me!!! They had a tech out same day! I had a plumbing back up and flooding issue and the tech, Javier, had the problem figured out and fixed in 30 minutes. Javier explained exactly what was wrong, in detail, and he was extremely professional. Thumbs up and THANK YOU!!!!

Dane was GREAT! On time, professional, identified the problem right away, had it fixed in less than 30 min from getting there and didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of other things like other companies (especially Goettl👎🏾)have done. I will definitely be using Advance Home Services again in the future if/when needed!😊

Unprofessional and incapable of easily repairing a problem so in order to overcharge!

After completely dismantling the equipment, they leave, stating they need to “order parts” from the warranty company. Then when you call them for the status of those “ordered parts” they quote an outrageous price (thousands of dollars) to reinstall what they unnecessarily dismantled.

And oh by the way...none of it is covered by the warranty company!

Ethical, responsible, skilled and professional companies make a service assessment BEFORE ripping something apart.

Ethical companies provide a quote for costs beyond what is under warranty BEFOREHAND so that the customer can make an informed decision as to whether they want to proceed.

Now my equipment is completely dismantled and AHS responds with “go hire a contractor to put it back together!” They take zero responsibility for an inept company they assigned to do the job!

Terrible service. Misdiagnosed a problem with my air conditioner. Said my thermostat was bad and went through 7 more before they found out that that wasnt the problem. A switch on a circuit board was bad and they manually set it. One month later the heat wouldn't come on and I called them back. The service man told me that the circuit board was bach and needed to be replaced. The company wanted to charge me $600 for a board. I told them that I guess I have to pay to get heat, but that I was still going to file a complait. They then told me that they didn't want my business and to go somewhere else.

I submitted a home warranty claim through AHS. They contracted Advanced Home Services to replace our water heater. Joe and Jorge were both very friendly, quick and professional.

My water heatet went out on a Saturday called around all different companies avanced home services was the only one that would come out within a hour spoke to evon and she gave me a quote over the phone and called ray one of her technicians. It was his day off but he volunteered to come out within a hour and replace the water heater his services were beyond all my expectations he was quick efficient professional and very friendly will gladly call them for any future service's.
