    They replaced a shower cartridge in the shower through the American Home Shield warranty with the wrong cartridge. It took a week to get ahold of them and when they come they said they had to come back to fix it! I had running water running $$ a full bath every two hours. I had to call a plumber right away to stop the leak. When he arrived he tried to dismiss his responsibility because I called another plumber to cap off the leak while waiting a week for them with water pouring out!

    The faucet knob does not fit. First, the plumber said that is all they had, then said it is the correct part even though the knob doesn't fit. He said he had to call American Home Sheild for approval but instead he called them and said the leak was my fault and then tried to provide me a quote to fix it but I simply escorted him off my property.

    Had some issues with our garbage disposal and Sam went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was exceptional from start to finish.

    First and foremost, Sam displayed a high level of professionalism and expertise. He arrived right on time, fully equipped with all the necessary tools and replacement parts. His friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and he took the time to explain the entire process to me, answering all my questions patiently. When you talk to Sam, you know that he truly knows his trade. I felt confident in his abilities right from the start.

    When it came to the actual replacement of the garbage disposal, Sam's skill and efficiency were truly commendable. He carefully removed the old unit and installed the new one with precision and attention to detail. What impressed me the most was his meticulousness in ensuring that everything was securely fastened and properly aligned. He even took the time to test the new garbage disposal thoroughly to ensure it was functioning perfectly.

    In addition to his technical expertise, Sam's customer service was outstanding. He treated my home with respect, wearing protective shoe booties and cleaning up any debris after completing the job. He also provided me with some valuable tips on how to maintain my new garbage disposal and prevent future issues. It's clear that Sam genuinely cares about his customers and wants to ensure their satisfaction.

    Overall, I cannot recommend Same highly enough. Sam is awesome and I highly recommend you seek him specifically.

    I told my warranty people that these people are BANDED from stepping into my house. Two times already they send these people only for the guy to say “oh I can’t do anything about this” “oh let me call my supervisor to see what he thinks” “oh it’s a liability we can’t do this” they wouldn’t even consider finding the problem and or go under the house. Like aren’t you a plumber?? The only thing that’s good is they are on time 🤷🏼‍♀️

    The valve behind our fridge was leaking so we requested a work order to get it fixed. Houston (plumber) tried to tell my boyfriend it wasn't a plumbing issue without even looking at the valve and my bf had to move the fridge himself just so he can look at it then he said it is a plumbing issue. He fixed the leak however he also left a huge hole on the wall behind our fridge after fixing the leak and said it wasn't his job to repair that even tho it was something he created. I'm very confused why he couldn't look behind the fridge in the first place and why he can just leave a hole in my wall and not fix it? I've added the picture of the hole in wall he left.

    My AC stopped blowing cool air and I was able to quickly schedule an appointment. I was notified via text when my technician was on his way and it even shows the location. Cody was my tech and he was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. Everything is fixed and I have cold air blowing again! Satisfied, will use again.

    Same experience as another reviewer. Advanced Home Services will damage your fixtures and blame you. Had this company repair my shower and bathtub faucets, and they damaged both. My bathtub faucet would not turn off. I had to shut off the main water for my house, and turn it on everytime we needed water. This happened a week before Thanksgiving. It finally got repaired by a different company in February of the new year. That company said the tech must have been new because he used all the wrong parts. Advanced Home Services accused me of sabotaging (their word) my pressure regulator which caused the leak. I didn't even know what a pressure regulator was, nor where it was located. The company that repaired my fixtures said my pressure regulator is old, and Advanced Home Services lied about my pressure because it was 20psi less than what they said. I explained how unprofessional their tech was. They had me explain what he did on speaker phone so others including the tech were there listening to the call. After explaining my horrible experience, they never apologized and accused the customer. Now I've read other customers experience the same. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. LISTEN TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. DON'T RISK YOUR PLUMBING BEING PERMANENTLY DAMAGED. POSITIVE REVIEWS NOW ARE MOSTLY FAKE ACCOUNTS CREATED BY OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, FRIENDS, AND FAMILY. Most other HVAC and plumbing companies are all the same. I can't speak for others, but don't risk losing thousands more to this company. There should be a class action lawsuit held against them.

    For a company that had such bad reviews, especially when dealing with home insurance, I expected the worst but that wasn’t the case.

    The technician (Joe) showed up at my house within the given time frame and he even gave me a 30 minute heads up that he was on the way.
    He was very thorough on trying to identify the problem and tried to fix it. Unfortunately he couldn’t but he knew what the issue was so he ordered the part (gas valve) and told me it would be 1-3 days to receive it directly to my house and that I would need to call his office to schedule the installation.

    I received the part in 2 days and I called the office thinking it would be another couple of days before they could come but to my surprise they said they would have a technician come that same day! The same tech Joe showed up at my house in an hour and installed the part in 15 minutes. Problem solved!

    This is my first bad review ever written, because I feel I need to share my experience. My bathroom faucet broke, and the water would not shut off. The only way to shut the water was by turning off the main water valve for the entire house. I contacted my home warranty on Friday and they sent out a plumber from Advanced Home services on Saturday, after paying the $75 fee to my home warranty company. The technician showed up 30 minutes after the proposed window timeframe and was there for less than 5 minutes. At 1st he said it is possibly the cartridge that needed to be replaced, and if that doesn’t fix it then the whole valve would need to be replaced. He said the screw was stripped and did not attempt to remove the faucet handle to replace the possibly broken cartridge. He determined the whole valve would need to be replaced, meaning cutting through the shower tile, etc.
    Before he left he said he would submit an approval to my home warranty company to replace the whole valve. However, In the approval submission to the home warranty, he mentioned things that were entirely untrue, such as the “bathroom is leaking for so long and damaging the cartridge of the valve due to neglect…valve is no longer repairable and has to be replaced”. The home warranty obviously did not approve the request. The quote to replace the valve and was an outrageously high price over 1K. After I received the email quote for the valve replacement, I took a close look at the faucet handle, and with the friend of a friend, we were able to remove the faucet easily. We purchased a new MOEN cartridge at Home Depot, and replaced the cartridge. Please keep in mind we are by no means handy man\woman. We did not visibly see any damage nor corrosion on the cartridge, stripped parts or faucet (see picture’s enclosed). I wanted to share this so other’s do not run into the same experience as I did. Advanced Home Services, LLC technician simply lied, is dishonest, took advantage of the situation, and I will never use them or recommend to others.

    The place I am renting uses a warranty company that uses this company. They received a work order for my property a week ago and they were suppose to call to schedule an appointment. Never got the call. Called after the work week went by and the warrant company reached out to them again and spoke with them and the agent said the technician will call me in the next 3 mins to schedule an appointment. Never heard from them. In the meantime I can’t do laundry because of back flow and no one can give me a simple call back. Do not use them or American home shield. If they can’t keep their word to call back in 5 mins then I can’t imagine how their warranty is. Completely unprofessional

    The technician, Jorge came here, he saw that my toilet wasn’t flushing and yet he submitted a diagnosis saying the exact opposite to my home warranty. The tech stood in my house telling me how he saw the flush wasn’t working but decided to change his mind later on. Don’t go with these guys.
