Contacted our AHS warranty and they sent out 5 star home services. At first I was nervous because you hear horror stories when it comes to plumbers. Robert came on time and fixed our faucets and hoses in both bathrooms and also our garbage disposal. He took his time and made sure everything was fixed correctly, even if it meant extra work in one bathroom. He was very professional and friendly. Definitely would recommend in the future! Thank you so much for fixing our needs!!

I hired this company to fix my fireplace was not working at all, Robert was on time, very professional, he did his diagnosis and fix the issues.. I highly recommend them.

Tarim was very helpful with finding our leak and fixing it, he was very nice and answered all our questions and did a great job fixing our leak.

I can't recommend this company enough. I have dealt with a few companies thru our home warranty company and they are the best. I will only ask for 5 Star Home Services in the future. Garry is amazing. He had the job completed in hours and took care of everything!

Gary was more than courteous and experienced. Very prompt and friendly. He even wanted my little westie out of his crate! Installed a new garbage disposal for me so very quickly. Great service and very quick response time. Highly recommend 5 Star Home Services and will use them the next time I have any issue in my home. My water was out for about 3 days when I noticed lack of hot water and longer delays wouldn’t be optimal for me. Bottom line up front, 5 star home service went above and beyond to take care of me after my home warranty screwed up communication and appointment with this company. They were able to squeeze in some time for me on short notice, troubleshot my situation virtually before coming out to expedite resolution the next day. Perform a spot on analysis and arrange replacement the next day. My technician (Karap) was highly professional and effective. Picked up my water heater early morning and before duty hours. Then arranged a new water heater and installed it before I got home. Needlessly to say, I was overall impressive with this company and my technician to resolve my issue. Thank you!

Garry was great, he was called in as a seconds opinion after another company was unwilling/ unable to diagnose why water was coming from an upstairs bathroom into my downstairs living g room. Garry came. Up with a hypothesis tested it, and was able to recommend solutions to get my home back in order and prevent a future reoccurring issue. I appreciated his guidance to a very overwhelming situation.

Gray was Excellent!customer service, friendly and detailed. Last AHS plumbers that were sent out were horrible. Basically didn't want to work. 5 star gets 5 stars from me.

We had issue shower leakage. American Home Shield requested service through Advanced home care LLC. The Technician said he can’t remove the Shower Cartridge and have to cut wall and redo the plumbing. I called them on Monday and told me that it will cost me $450 to do the job. 2 showers so will cost us about $900. Very dishonest technician. I will never recommend Advance Home Care LLC. Then I called AMH and requested 2nd opinion. Gary from 5 Star Home Service came in and replaced the cartridge in no time. Gary told me that we have Delta Faucets and cartridge is lifetime warranty if you are a first owner. I contacted the Delta Faucets and they sent the cartridges to me with no cost. Gary came by yesterday and replaced the cartridge for another shower in 10 minutes. I do really recommend 5 Stars Home Services. Ask for Gary.

Garry from 5 Star Home Services was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He initially came to replace a broken water heater and found water damage to the drywall. He was very helpful in coordinating the restoration services that were needed before the water heater could be installed. I would definitely recommend this company.
