My AC unit went out in the middle of the hot summer in Las Vegas and Action Air was able to get me a new unit installed and cool my house down within less than 24 hours! My experience from start to finish was incredible. From my first call to the office, it was obvious that customer service is a priority! They were very professional and provided excellent communication and even provided me with updates along the way about my new AC unit installation which was very much appreciated during such a stressful time. You can tell they care about their work and truly want to provide the most reliable and fast service to their customers as possible. This is a great family owned and run HVAC company. I have used their services for many years. I was sold on their company after the first service call when the Tech fixed my aging AC unit for a very fair price. later they installed my new unit and have maintained this unit for many years. Action has been our company for 40+ years. They have replaced our units twice and always worked with us to make sure our needs are met. Recently we purchased a new unit that had a coil failure. They made a temporary fix that kept us cool while waiting for the new part. A great company!

This is a wonderful family owned company. From start to finish they are professional, friendly and get the job done right. I have the Platinum Plan and they come twice a year, once in the spring for an AC tune up and once in the fall for the heat. It’s worth it!
