They were the second opinion from our home warranty company. Our technician Gary immediately diagnosed the issue and communicated with our home warranty company that the issue should be covered. Gary was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend and use in the future.

Gary was our repair man. Extremely professional, prompt, and clean. Who would think that the installation of a water heater could be such a pleasant and educational experience! Gary took the time to teach and explain all service techniques not just for maintence of equipment but to keep my family safe and secure.

Water heater went out and leaked all throughout house. My home warranty assigned 5 Star Home Services to Come out. Andy was able to get the water heater out and replaced. Gary installed a new Water Heater at our house today. The whole process was very smooth. He was very professional, quick and explained everything that we needed to know. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Five Star Company for sure.

My water heater broke and flooded my garage. I called AHS warranty company and they gave me the runaround for days, while I had to sit for HOURS on hold on the phone just to get transferred around repeatedly.

They finally assigned my claim to 5 Star Home Services and I was able to get an appointment set up. They sent Garry to check my water heater and he showed me where it had leaked and that I need a new one.

By this time I had been taking cold showers for over a week! AHS was still giving me the runaround and I ended up catching a cold and laryngitis from the cold showers.

I was finally able to get an appointment with 5 Star to get it replaced because I had finally given up on AHS. Garry ended up calling me 2 days before my appointment and he told me he could come THAT same day to install it!!!

Needless to say, I was thrilled and he did such a good job. He was very patient with answering all my questions and I was able to take a long hot bath that night.

I had a plumbing leak in my ceiling and contacted my Home Warranty company. They put me in contact with 5 Star Home Services, Garry came had people coming that same day to demo the walls/ceilings to determine where the leak was and fixed the pipe the very next morning. I highly recommend 5 Star Home Services and especially Garry!

Gary our service tech was an extreme professional. He found the leak quick and continued to ask me if I had any questions, comments, or concerns, while he fixed our problem and after he completed the fix. We really appreciated his help with getting our house back to normal.

Our property manager recently sent 5 Star to fix our water heater. The technician lit the pilot light and said we would have hot water in an hour, which didn't happen. The pilot light had nothing to do with the water heater being broken. A professional plumber should know the difference. When asked to come back to fix the problem they informed our property manager that the problem was fixed and they weren't coming back. The property manager contacted Drain Bears who came out and replaced the hot water heater. We gave them a 5 star review and gave 5 Star 1 star review just for showing up.

Garry and his (Grasshopper) Came in and found the issue resolved the problem explained everything to me were I had an understanding of what was being done. And they were out the door in a hour. Now my hot shower awaits. You guys are fantastic and your company is helpful and very professional.

If I could give 0 stars -- this company would get it. AC home warranty (CHOICE) visit. The technician came out - did not listen to what I was telling him, spent 45 min. on the phone constantly while he proceeded to dismantle and completely shut off my a/c. Mind you, it was sporadically working and appeared to be a thermostat problem. He never checked the thermostat (which would be a quick and cheap repair) but instead went directly to the unit - got on the phone and never got off until it was time for him to leave. Then, he came in with a smile on his face and told me he needed approval from the Home Warranty company -- that he shut off the AC to prevent further damage, and someone would be back within 24 hours. I have now logged onto the home warranty company site, and see that this claim has been given to another company 3 days out and it is 100-110 degrees outside. Who does this to someone with a smile on their face? Either that technician didn't have a clue about what he was doing, or it is an intentional scam.
I hope every person who has a negative experience with this company reports them to the BBB and whoever they else they are affiliated with. Home Warranty companies need to pay attention to quality of work that their vendors provide -- because it gives them a bad name as well. Stay away from this company - BAD NEWS!!!!
