Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Wann Mechanical! Our AC went out in the middle of August in Vegas, so we were, of course, dying! Wann was contacted through my warranty company, and while claim wasn't covered by the warranty (very much due to my negligence), Wann gave me a VERY decent rate. He came out on Sunday morning to clean out my ducts, coils, air filters (and brought me extras!), replaced my AC motor, and did a VERY thorough clean on my neglected AC unit. He was also very personable and overall, a joy to work with. 10/10 would call him again (although hopefully not!) - he was knowledgeable, straightforward, and very fair in terms of pricing!

My home warranty selected this company when my AC stopped cooling my home. He was quick to let me know when he would arrive and got here on time. He was friendly and went above and beyond to get my AC cooling again in a flash. From reading the other reviews, I was a little apprehensive to have him try to work on my AC but thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised. I think a lot of people who gave some of these negative reviews are just hard to please and perhaps cannot understand that if the prior job(s) take longer than expected, that he may be late. I would recommend and use them again.

Home warranty sent this company out to look at my AC that stopped cooling, so they share some of the negative review here. I confirmed the type of home and unit with them over the phone, yet when they arrived, they didn't want to go up on the roof the way I suggested for fear of breaking a roof tile. I appreciate the concern, but I assured them that I was ok with an accidental broken roof tile if my AC got back up and running. Instead, they went back to the van, called the home warranty, and as they pulled off, told me they needed a taller ladder. It's worth noting that they were leaving as I was locking my gate and said nothing until I caught their attention.it was then that they informed me they weren't returning and I was going to have to get wait for a different company, all while slowly rolling away. Top notch vetting from home warranty.

My home warranty company sent them out. I was told to expect a call for an appointment and was worried at first because I didn't receive a call the first day. Instead he showed up the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem which we both knew was the motor. He told me 2 to 3 days to get the part....😒He then showed up the next day and my house now feels great! Not sure how he found my motor but my family is very grateful! Thanks

A month or two back, Wann replaced our blower motor within an hour of arriving. We have three a/c units, and this particular motor is a double blower. A previous HVAC contractor (L&S) took seven weeks (in July and August!) and five visits but never succeeded in replacing it - and repeatedly lying to us. I was impressed that Wann had a replacement motor on the truck, and that he worked so quickly. And we haven't had a problem with it.

One of our AC unit went out causing the Breaker to trip. I call our Warranty Company and they sent WANN MECHANICAL out to do it. When the "technician" walked in the doctor he ask what was happening. I explained and he told me that it might be the compressor. The way he said it I knew right then and there he wasn't interested in doing the work. He went up on the roof to check the AC unit out and he opened a couple of the panels up and came back down and told me that the unit was fine, it was a problem with the electrical. I replaced the breaker and we also had a electrician come out and the only problem they found was the AC "technician" left the panel on the AC unit for the Breakout connector open. Another AC company came out and found that the Control Board on the AC Unit was shorted out and burnt up, this was one of the panels that the Wann "technician" did NOT open. We have been without this AC unit for over a week now partly because the "technician" from Wann could not or did not want to do his job. I have made sure that the warranty company I used does not ever send another Wann "technician" out to fix our units.

TWO SUMMERS IN A ROW!! 🙏🙏🙏 my family’s first week living in Henderson from California...our a/c went out!! 🗣🗣ON A SATURDAY!! could you imagine the bewilderment?? We also have a one year old and 4year old... my warranty department dispatched Wann Mechanical right away even tho it was the weekend!! He arrived within a two hour time frame and saved the day!! Flash forward to summer 2020!! Our compressor went out , this time also over the weekend!!! Mr. Wann was on the job!! I tracked him down through my warranty company again and nothing short of amazing!!! My compressor was fixed and cooling the house in 3.5 hours!! Another summer saved!! The tech came out after a home warranty service call was placed for a noisy/loud blower. He identified the issue and took his time fixing the issue with no problems. The HVAC seemed to work better now than it has the last couple years. I have already called him to come back and do a general cleaning/maintenance of the system in the near future. I would recommend Wann Mechanical.

We recently made a service call to our home warranty provider (ORHP) to have our Forced Air conditioning unit serviced since it stopped cooling. Wann Mechanical was assigned to service our work order at that time and I was told to wait for a call. After not receiving any communications from Wann mechanical I reached out to them directly and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Wann mechanical proceeded to reschedule this appointment twice and ultimately showed up 30 minutes late to our appointment . The service tech went with me to the backyard where the AC unit in question is located & quickly started to proclaim that the unit was "garbage" and that it needed to be replaced. I tried to ask the tech questions in regards to the issues, timing and cost which he dismissed by repeatedly stating that he was just told to take a look and report. ("they say take look and report") He continued to repeat "I call warranty for report, you call warranty. This service tech spent no more than 10 minutes at our house before he sped off. I am certain this is a one man shop since hes broken English is unmistakable and all my communications with this "company" were with the same guy. Avoid this "company" at all cost.

4th of July weekend. A/C circulation fan goes out. It was 95 degrees in my room. They came out the next day and replaced the burned out motor in under an hour. Very satisfied.
