Gary came out from 5 Star Home Services, confirmed the cause of the problem as a defective Pressure Reducing Valve in my water supply system. He returned with the correct part and completed the repair.. He was also extremely helpful in explaining the problem and made sure I was satisfied and asked if there was any additional questions or concerns I had. He was very personable and professional, The price was extremely reasonable.
I would highly recommend this company and would use them again if and when needed.

I would like to write an outstanding review for 5 Star Homes Services because of their outstanding customer service and rebuild of our kitchen cabinets and drywall at our home.

Due to a water leak behind a wall in our kitchen -- we had major damage to our cabinets. The 5 Star Home Service team came to our house very quickly, gave us a fair estimate and began the rebuild of our cabinets.

They were very professional and answered all our our questions.

They helped us get our kitchen back to normal and in great working condition -- we are so grateful for their service and help!

Sent by warranty company to diagnose leaky water heater. I was on a video call and did not hear the doorbell over the very loud meeting chatter in my ear. When I found the card in the door an hour later, I called. The dispatcher, quickly called the plumber and he was back at my house in 30 minutes and replaced the leaking drain valve. I'm appreciative for the dispatcher making the call and the plumber willing to come back. Both could have just told me to reschedule.

A year ago the warranty company come to our home turn the shower on and off and said everything was corroded and they would have to cut holes in the walls and it would cost $20,000 to replace all the pipes. So we disregarded it (we were not getting warm water).
Then we finally called again and they had Garry come out to our house this morning. He was here for such a short time, changed a cartridge and made hot water appear! I think it was like $200 or something- SO EASY.
He was kind and knowledgeable- anytime you get this company coming to your house request Garry! We will!

I used google reviews to choose 5 Star Home Services, and I am glad I did. This will be my default company when needing service from now on. My technician, Garry, not only arrived early, he communicated the problem and solution well and had my faucet issue fixed in 15 minutes. Very professional and courteous. Thank you Garry!

I had Garry from 5 Star handle my home warranty job of replacing a leaky manablock. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with throughout. Highly recommend and will use them again for future plumbing needs.

Filed a claim with my Home warranty company ~ American Home Shield for a clogged toilet. 5 Star Home Services came and used a snake to clear the clog and scratched the porcelain in the toilet bowl. Both AHS and 5 Star say that they are not liable for any damage during a repair service. I have been using AHS for over 10 year but definitely will not be renewing my contract with them. I also will never use 5 Star Home Services again. The guy who answered the phone was very abrupt and unhelpful.

Gary came to my house to review some work another plumber had done. A different plumbing company had done an inspection and told me a list of issues. Gary arrived and conducted his own inspection. He advised me the previous plumber was incorrect and cited several reasons why. He repaired a minor issue and left. I called the first company and spoke to the manger. He came out personally and completely agreed with Gary’s assessment. This manager confirmed the original plumber who said there was major issues was incorrect.

I am extremely happy with Gary’s service and attitude. Thanks Gary!
